I did but got parsing error. Same with other ics lwp. It's no big deal just really liked it since I went back to stock 2.3.6. Got tired of the disappointment and negativity on xda. Plus my life is too busy right now to even take ten minutes to backup and the extra time to flash something new and restore. Going to be in the shadows and probably not check xda for a few weeks.

Hello, I have saw many posts but they only have the launcher in a smaller resolution causing the objects to be misplaced a little.
As I have the soft keys removed, can any one please make a 720p version of the launcher please?

the original tw5 is for 1280x720. On Galaxy Nexus we we need a lower Resolution because of the Buttons on the bottom.

I removed the soft keys, I have tried your hard work but the objects are misplaced a bit. Do you mind Modding the launcher without affecting the resolution please? Thanks a lot

sorry, i don't understand. what's misplaced excactly? We need to move some objects cause we don't have 1280x720 Resolution like galaxy s3!

The screen indicators are quite distant from the dock icons... as I removed my soft keys which make my screen 1280*720 same as s3

Thought I would make this for the portal players.
720x720. Just move to /system/media and change permissions to 644.
must have a kernel that supports .zip bootanimation such as CM10s
please back up your old bootanimation.zip if you cherish it.
Updated part0 and replaced the original fade in..

yeah, the original was a fade-in like that of cm10's bootanimation.
i replaced it with each piece of the Aperture science logo sliding in.
ill upload the older version so you can see the difference..

I'd really like to change up my Boot Ani since I don't really care for the Jelly Bomb one. This one really caught my eye although I am sure the chances of finding it and making it work for the Note 2 are slim. I also like the custom Boot Ani that comes with the Wicked Sensations Rom for the GS3 but I don't think you can just flash one that's not specifically made for your phone can you?
Find me a video clip and I can make it a boot ani... Anythimg you want. Can be from a movie, tv show, gif image.

Here is a modded UI to remove the Sfinder & QuickConnect from statusbar expanded (SFinder moved to header)
Also removes statusbar icon dimming (from 74% to 100%)
COMPLETE NOW, NO OVERLAP on anything

Same here. Stock deodexed. The addition of the clock causes the date to push over into the settings icon. Good start though. If you fix that, it'd be awesome! I appreciate the contribution non the less.

If you set 0.0dip to the entire layout, you won't have that pesky sfinder in top corner. But if it was intentional, my bad
