[Q] Change Email Inbox Background Colour. - AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note II

Title says it all I'm afraid. I'm using the stock TW UI & the email app with the black background inbox is infuriating me.
Is there a way to invert the colours or change it to anything but grey writing on black background?
Currently unrooted but will root to be able to read emails in sunlight.

Always a way, you will need to rooted. I do have other request for making it better to read, problem is. I don't have the apk and don't use it. Ide need the apk

[REQ] Gmail.apk with black background

I find it quite annoying that the gmail app has white background with black text while most other stuff has black background with white text which is much more readable.
I tried fiddling with the gmail.apk to change the background but didn't get anywhere. So did anyone create such a changed apk or would know how to do that?
Maybe you can ask this guy to help you do it yourself
by the way looking at the kind of themes these guys are producing for their phones I am wondering why don't we have such on samsung

I hated white backgrounds too. So I just installed k9 email
I just cant stand K9... It doesnt feel comfortable at all...
i would also love black inverted versions of pretty much everything!
also wouldnt this help battery life too with how the S AMOLED screen utilizes black pixels?

[q] request new contacts and new gallery apps

Hey to all the developers out there
i would love to see a different contact list. Like the transparent dialer to go with eachother. Love the transparent dialer. Also the 3d gallery is rather annoying with the blured preview of the highlighted pic in the background when looking through folders. I think if got rid of that and had option to change background colour and change the way we can flow the pics would be a great gallery app.
Anyway if you dont ask you dont get so this is me asking if anyone has same views to me then please show them here. No developer will do this inless its something alot of people want.

[REQUEST] Stock Gingerbread Dock Icons?

I was wondering if anyone has a copy of the Gingerbread icons, that can be used in Launcher Pro?
I'm after:
Phone, Messages, App Drawer, Gmail, Browser
I'm basically trying to Nexus-ify my Galaxy S 2 lol
I'm still researching, even after posting this request!
here's what you ask for
Thank you sakyra, but I was hoping for icons that look exactly like the Nexus One/Nexus S.
e.g. the Messages, Phone, Gmail like this screenshot (http://cdn.topiphoneresource.info/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/nexus-one-winterboard-theme-200x300.jpg)
The browser's similar, but grey and green instead of white and blue.
Sorry for not making that clear =(

[REQ] Themed Messaging Apps

One of my most use app is the "Messaging" but i really find it ugly specially the bubble shape and the blue and yellow colors. Yes i can use some 3rd party app but also breaks the uniformity of the UI. Can someone themed the "messaging" App; at least make the bubble more pleasing and color to something else. Let the black background remain...
Sms/menu/settings there are bubble style and background style, try it yourself

I don't think anyone has created any yet, I'm looking myself. The email app is supposed to be invertible through settings, but at least on my phone it doesn't work right. Only a small part of the email body at the top changes to either blue or black. Changing font color works fine however. You can change the font to white and see no text at all, lol.
