Help with ordering S4 - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S 4

I want to order S4 but I want 32gb or 64gb and I am not sure if I should order T-mobile or AT&T model. I am on AT&T but I was thinking of going to T-mobile but I like to see how good is there LTE service, as of now it is not in NEW York so I can’t test it. I think if I get the T-mobile one I can use it on AT&T for now and then switch. Also I wanted to know if I can run the App2ExtSD Hack on theS4. Please let me know..Thanks!!

i think these are all questions and therefore belong in QA section...
in regards to your question:
App2ExtSD Hack doesn't yet work

If you want an AT&T model, here is an idea!

http://www.samsung.com/us/register/galaxynexus/
i know somebody here already was asking about this register having at&t and there where speculations, but here is a thought. maybe they want to see how many at&t users are interested. just an idea but to intertain it, would everybody do me a favor and register? (preferably to at&t, lol)

Are the Canadian Carriers include in here too?

There is 2 forums for Galaxy SIII, the international (i guess) and this one (AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon Samsung Galaxy S III).
What about Telus, Rogers, Bell & Videotron? Is there a specific forum I havent found for ROMs or should I look into the AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint and Verizon one?
Thanks
at&t is the best one for you to look at.
I know that for WIND and Mobilicity, the T-Mobile section is the one to go to. For Bell as previous poster said is AT&T and for Rogers, Telus I'm not too sure about.
Telus, Bell and Rogers all have the same model as AT&T, so AT&T developments should work on their phones.
Wind/Mobilicity/Videotron all have the same model as T-Mobile.
I'm just going to guess that eventually we'll start seeing roms that are compatible with all of the above carrier's phones.
I'm tired of the "it should work" response, it really depends on what you're wanting to do. For example: Most of the mods listed in the AT&T section state that they require build UCALEM; That's not what shipped on the Telus/Rogers/Bell variant. On the advice of multiple posters here on the forums, I attempted using some of these mods anyway: It resulted in a hard-brick and I had to take the device back to the store for a swap.
I understand that this is a new device and it will take some time for real development to get going (there's a total of 2 ROMs in the AT&T section so far) but with so many variants, we really need to be careful with what we flash, and we definitely need to have a clearly-marked section for every variant. If AT&T is the same as Telus/Bell/Rogers, we need it labelled as such on the forum list. I don't want Samsung/Telus/Rogers/Bell thinking they've got a defective model because people keep flashing the wrong version of stuff onto their phone and having to take it in for repair/swap.
At least this group is in the right vicinity, there are a whole bunch chatting away on the "Official Canadian Thread" in the 9300 international version. I am surprised a moderator has not brought that thread here. With this complete mayhem, I fear for keen new Android users looking to mod their phones and ending up with bricks because they install mods/roms from the wrong firmware versions.
Once Verizon launches on July 10 and the ATT model becomes widely available at retailers this week, I think this mess will get so out of hand, that XDA will have no choice but to finally roll up their sleeves and clean it up. Until then, I caution all of you to be extremely careful regarding any mods you are doing, if uncertain about version, ask in the thread before installing. Try to look for posts from others from the same carrier who have successfully done what you want to do.

Galaxy S3 on Tmobile Pay-as-you-go??

I've been trying to research this for a while now but can't seem to get straight answers. I am hoping the community here can help me especially if you guys have done it, or something similar.
I want to purchase the S3 and have it connected on prepaid, pay as you go with either ATT or Tmobile. I am leaning more towards Tmobile. I dont need any data packages mostly because i am around Wifi 95% of the time. All i need is to be able to get the cheapest pay per minute rate to make and receive calls and use the rest of the phones powers via Wifi. Seems like i can get the Pay as you go sim card from tmobile for free, but can i use that SIM card for the S3? i am pretty sure i need to cut it to size, but can it be done? do i need to get an unlocked GSM S3 for it to work, or will a tmobile S3 work? how about an tmobile S3 unlocked? I've read in some sites (conflicting reports) that if ATT or Tmobile find out you are using a smart phone on their pay as you go they can suspend your line?
please anyone with some concrete info let me know.
thanks!!!

I think the SGSIII requires a premium data plan on both networks. If you tried to use a pay as you go SIM, they'd probably blacklist your IMEI. I would contact both carriers and ask to be sure.

[Q] Can we flash a Samsung Galaxy s III to Boost Mobile?

Hi,
I want to know if we can flash a Samsung Galaxy s III to Boost Mobile.
And one more thing that I want to know is should be the phone originally from Sprint only or Verizon is also fine?
I do not have any idea and that is the reason I'm asking.
FYI. I want to buy a Samsung Galaxy S III on Ebay ( Sprint or Verizon ) and use it with a $50/ Month plan.
So if Sprint works fine then I will look only for Sprint on Ebay. Otherwise I can look for Verizon also.
So kindly please advise. Once I get some information on this, then I should start looking out for the flashing services.
Thanks.
AJ
No offense, but did you even do a search? It's right there on page 2.

Aside from price why would you want Boost? Boost is owned by Sprint and uses there network
lets see. flash to boost $35 a month in 18 months.
on sprint $80 minimum.
I would say thats a pretty good reason to want it on boost hehe

[Q] Anybody using T-Mobile on AT&T?

Anybody who is using the T-Mobile tab s on AT&T I have some questions. Does the T-Mobile version support LTE on AT&T network, does CF Auto Root work on T-Mobile version, where did you obtain the unlock code for use on AT&T or is the tablet unlocked at purchase? I plan to buy either T-Mobile or AT&T variant ASAP. I don't know if the AT&T bootloader is locked down like all of there phones are now if not I would just buy the AT&T one but as of now I own a note edge on contract and dream of root with no sign of it coming anytime soon. Thanks for any input, a fast response would be awesome cause I am itching to go pick one of these up.

Which did you buy?
Ended up wit the 32GB wifi version from bestbuy. If I have it out and about I use my hotspot from my edge. I figured it was a better move than paying $10 a month for two years to add a tablet to my AT&T account, plus I figured lollipop upgrade will come quicker on wifi version. Currently rooted and running iron rom for T800 I like the tab s but don't find myself using it very often with it being more convenient just to pick up my note.
