Please visit and participate in the Grand Survey of ROMs for the N7100 Galaxy Note 2 !!!
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2232765
Survey Form in 1st post. There is also a Features Score table which will show you what others evaluated about a particular ROM.
57 ROMs, 160 versions listed for your selection to evaluate.
Thank you !!!!

I don't think the "best" threads are allowed here. I'm happy with Project AOSP. If you want to stay close to stock, try Wanamlite.

Would you be so kind as to participate in the rom survey? At least it will give objective data to everyone. A live feed of the results are in post 2. Link is in my sig.
Thanks.

Codename android features!

After staying on stock rom for so long time I am ready to try somthing new . I went through all roms and decide to try Codename android. On its thread it mentioned so many features that I am so willing to try it .
Is this ROM really stable? ( I have been flash crazy on T989 before but dont want to be like that again, I want some stable ROM to run as DD at least for a month)
Any known bugs?
Please input some views if you are on this RoM now.

If you want to become famous you gotta come up with a better thread lol yes that rom got plenty of features that you wont even be able to explore them all.

So far the most useless post ever. Not because of the OP, but because it's being cluttered with useless info. I was hoping to read some user experience with that ROM.

[Q] Dedicated back to stock thread

I can put together a how to on " get back to stock firmware" on our att note 2 with files links attached.
If you guys agree that we need one for new and current users.
Yes please. ..
We "DO" need a thread that is dedicated to the R.T.S.
A great idea, and thank you. ...g

Wouldn't you just put the phone into download mode and flash the stock image back to the phone in Odin?
IIRC it even replaces the stock recovery/kernel and un-roots the device too.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
I will work on it. You guys should see something by next week.

Which room to choose?

Guys I am confused what to choose:
1-omega 18
2-Android revolution HD 19
3-phinex 13
[email protected] 13
The room I want must have a good battery life and support simplistic formwork 3.6 so can any one help me

Mate, threads about which rom is best are not really acceptable here, they are frowned on.
You have a list so now it's time to read each chosen thread carefully and make a choice. Then try the next one. There is a thread around that maintains user votes of their favourite rom, reference that too.
It's all about having respect for all the devs and not publicly saying a or b is better than another.
Good luck

The Note II may be a large phone but it can fit in any room.
However if you really need a room I suggest one that have mains electricity. Battery powered rooms are not very convinient.

Its all about trial and error and what you feel is better for your device. Everyone has there own opinions here. Just remember to read the guides and tutorials before doing anything to your device. And 100% dont forget the efs backup and complete a nandroid backup of your current rom before flashing any others..

All kernels are listed here. All say whether they're TW, AOSP, or both in the OP.

The forum I linked you to is for T-Mobiles S4. As long as you have the T-Mobile S4, you're in good hands on that page.

Since lordcheeto03 has answered your question and linked you to the threads with kernels I will be closing this thread before it becomes a discussion or rally for everyone's favorite kernel.
Users are expected to read through the development section and decide which kernel is best for them.
Thread closed
Have a great day!
