How to Get Adobe Flash on Samsung Galaxy S4 Working.
There are only a few Web Browser that are able to use the flash player, Stock and Chrome DO NOT WORK. there is a list of compatible browsers down below.
First what you wanna do is open the Adobe Archive link I provided and scroll down to where it says Android 4.0.
Adobe Archive Site: http://bit.ly/AdobeArchives
Now pick the first on and it should stat downloading a APK file.
Install and you should now have flash on you phone, but like i said the Stock and Chrome browser are not compatible use on of the following listed.
List of Compatible Web Browsers:
-Boat Browser
-SkyFire
-FireFox
-FireFox BETA
If you have another compatible browser, Please feel free to leave a comment so I can add it to the list. Thanks

You can also use my modded dolphin browser.

You are right "zorprime01" that xscope pro is a one good browser to play flash video. Thanks for suggesting a name.

Your welcome...
I'm glad I could help

Works exactly like you said. Thanks.
So far I haven't run into any problems using it on the AOSP browser.

Well, with my modded browser, Dolphin creators were able to see that flash works just fine on the android 4.1 plus platform. So now they updated their browser to v10 and version 10 and higher now support flash without the need to mod it.

If using a Samsung Touchwiz Jellybean 4.2.2 based rom why not use Firefox as
a browser, it plays all the adobe flash videos just fine.
I have installed the adobe flash player for android in my phone but I noticed that
even without it, the firefox browser plays any of the flash videos I tested so far.

Yes all the browsers Listed are Confirmed Working browsers with the Adobe Flash Player. I had people who tried this, send in other Web Browsers they tried and I made a list for everyone.

Flash 11.58 works great

Hi. I have the Maxthon Browser and flash works fine. But you must activate javascript on settings.

It's not actually playing flash, but html5 instead (where it's supported). YouTube is a great example, but many flash-only sites are broken in chrome .

so give Google time to make Chrome a perfect browser, since Adobe will never ever support android phone (I think so), ya html5 kind of cool
In a nutshell, flashplayer mobile cannot or is yet not supported by chrome android. To view pure flash content you must use the android stock browser

pretty sure Google will never bring Flash to Chrome mobile since they are pushing for HTML5 and Adobe announced its going to stop supporting Flash for mobile.
Try firefox. Pretty good mobile browser as well and it can run flash.

it's probably just that the browser you used did not support flash. chrome for instance and newer versions of dolphin browser took out support for flash if you are on android 4.1 or above.
you should be able to view it as long as you have flashed installed and a compatible browser (Boat browser should still work for you and an old version of dolphin should do the same)
make sure you enable flash content in Boat browser settings also

Try downloading Boat Browser from the PlayStore, if there's no option to enable flash in the stock browser that would only mean samsung took out flash support from the stock browser. I don't have an s4 yet to test it out yet but I'm pretty sure Boat Browser would work for you.
Also try this flash player, it should be the latest Adobe Flash Player v11.1.115.54
See if that will make it work on stock browser, it works on my s2 and s3 so hopefully it will do the same for you on the s4.

[Q] Web Browsers Supporting Flash.

Was searching for a new browser but majority doesn't have flash player. Currently I'm on stock browser but it lag's sometimes though I don't push it to the limit, my XS is Overclocked to 1.73Ghz so it shouldn't lag, plus I free the ram before using browser, so if you know browsers that support flash please write.
Firefox supports flash player, and is a great browser for me.
Stock browser support flash, you need only install flash apk

Stock browser I think its very good:
Stable, compatible with most of the pages( both desktop and mobile version) , support flash player, and If you enable the pie control its very good looking

Firefox is the best because allows Flash zooming, which little allow.

how do we get flash on this 7?

Firefox or Chrome not providing any support....help?
Clink on below link for the archived files for android, scroll down and click the very first file under adobe flash player for android 4.0, once downloaded, just install it like any other apk. I haven't tested on my upcoming nexus 7 yet, but this worked on my galaxy s4 using Firefox browser. Dolphin browser works with flash too.

Adobe Flash Player 11.1.115.81+ apk

I had the apk from my tf300t and figured I'd give it a shot. Installed and working perfectly using Boat Browser. Haven't tried other browsers as yet.
Here is the url for the thread:

I just wanted to share it because the only other available guides for installing Flash for our devices that I've seen seem to involve a lot of unnecessary steps/videos/ad-based links, popups and even dead ends.
This is just a simple straightforward apk download and install.
Hope this helps.
I just downloaded the latest apk from their archives, and installed it as a normal app. Works perfect. You can keep current with this site. Just check once in a while to see if there was an update:
Just scroll down to "Flash Player for Android 4.0 archives"

Now that you pointed me there, I'm seeing my post was less than helpful. I really mostly misunderstood the guides that I followed. Sorry if I wasted anyone's time.

Chrome uses HTML5, and native codes to play videos. I've been able to play all videos in Chrome that only used to play in other browsers that needed Flash Player. It's a toss up now for me. If you like Chrome then use it. If you find a site that won't play videos then at least you can fall back to another browser that can use Flash Player like Firefox.

Yes. Just note if you're on anything before 4.1 you can just install from the Play Store. 4.0 is the last official version supported, but it still works even on 4.4.
