I love the new Swype keyboard from the play store. Highly recommend over the stock keyboard.

Which Office App should I use for Nexus 7?

I installed a couple of Office Suite from Amazon Free App of the Day on my phone. I am wondering which one is the best for the Nexus 7. I can download other free alternative if it is even better. Thanks!
List of Office Suite that I have from Amazon:
OfficeSuite Professional 6
Quickoffice Pro
Documents to Go 3.0
Or should I go to a free one?
I like quick office pro, and I think I remember them being bought up by Google docs or something like that not too long ago. I can't remember I'll have to do some searching.

Kingsoft office... And it is free

I have Office Suite Pro that I got for free.... so that's my only choice.
I used Polaris on my old transformer and I liked it. There is a really good comparison between the various office apps some where online. I think someone from the Asus transformer forums did it.
Some allow you to only read and not edit. I can't see really having to edit or create documents on the go, but I guess some people do. As long as I can open them, I'm good. Since you have access to them all, won't you simply try each one and tell us what you like better?

I have always used quickoffice pro on my 10" tablet, and I installed it on my nexus 7 and it works great. I also got those three office apps from amazon, and quickoffice pro seems to be the least buggy

CloudOn is one of the best office apps I've seen, although you need to be on wifi and have a box, dropbox or Google drive account (or all 3) as it only reads from cloud storage. They match the office ui almost exactly and have support for Excel, Word, and Power Point docs. Also it only works on tablets.
Sent from my Nexus 7
QuickOffice Pro HD is great, though you'll need to pull the APK off another device, it doesn't think it works on the N7.
Which office suite would be best for a student? I'm looking at Smart Office 2. Anyone tried it? I believe its on sale now for $1.98

How did you get cloud on? When I go to it it says its not compatible...

Here is the link to the comparison:

Quick office HD.
Think it shows not compatible in the play store, but it works fine.
You can link it to all your cloud storage accounts.
It has really advanced features that mean you can create documents as if they have been made on the PC.
I think quick office were acquired by Google not so long ago but I might be wrong on that.

I have no idea how this is free. It's as full featured as the $15 apps. There are no ads or other bloatware.
Another vote for KingSoft, It's brilliant. I paid for it when they used to charge.

+1 for Kingsoft it really is great. Like iElvis said, I have no idea how its free but its fully featured works great!

I like king soft but its very laggy. Anyone else ?
I posted a thread exactly like this and the general consensus was Quick Office Pro HD. I got off Amazon since it doesn't show up in the Play store. It works awesome, integrates with Dropbox too.

Possible to reset Grooveshark trial on Android?

As of yesterday the official Grooveshark app has been re-released to the Google Play store as seen here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.grooveshark.mobile.android
I was wondering if someone could make a hack to reset the Grooveshark Anywhere trial like this one for iOS: http://xsellize.com/topic/194195-o-grooveshark-enhancer-266-1/
Or is there a different way to do it without making a app like this? Thanks!
wws12
Well, the whole point of a trial is to give you a try before you buy with the ultimate goal of you buying it. To circumvent that would be the equivalent of pirating the app. Pretty sure this is against XDA policy.
Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 2
Try tinyshark instead.
Edit: hmmm can't see it in the store anymore

Your favorite apps?

So I purchased a 32 gig nexus 7 about a week ago and really like it so far. I can even see it replacing my ipad as my primary tablet. However, the one app that always forces me back to my ipad is a jailbroken app called movie box that allows me to stream movies and tv shows for free. I was wondering if there is any android app out there that is similar (please do not mention crackle because imo that app doesn't cut it) that people are using. I know I can download torrents all day using ttorrent but was looking for streaming. Also, what are your guys' favorite apps to use on the nexus 7 that u couldn't do without?
Netflix

[Q] Which Market Apps are worth Paying $$ for?

I am new to Android and I know that most of the Apps are free but some require purchasing or at least offer premium versions for a 'donation'. I was curious what Apps other users find worth purchasing.
For utility apps all i can think of is Titanium Backup Pro
As for games SPLICE is awesome NFS most wanted and any of the GTA games

Apex launcher pro, nova launcher prime, jetAudio plus, poweramp, falcon pro, solid explorer, beweather pro and wizz widget.

Triangle away
You can get it for free but Chain Fire does some great work so I got the paid version. Triangle away is a must have for flashoholics.

$25 Play credit expires end of September - ideas of what to get...?

When we got two Nexus 7 tablets last year, we both got $25 credit. Mine is finished and wife's is still at $25.
I am guessing there is no way that I can get her $25 credit transferred to me as I am the (techy) one who gets apps for our phones/tablets...?
If not...I guess we could get apps/books that we can both enjoy.
Any suggestions of must-have apps that folks would consider getting for the $25 credit?
Already have paid versions of:
Beautiful Widgets
Clipper+
FlightTrack
FolderSync
PrinterShare
Root Explorer
SQLite Editor
Tasker
Titanium Backup
Voice Choice 2.0
Thanks very much.
Buy SwiftKey keyboard, absolutely the best keyboard I have ever used. Or if your using apex/nova get the paid version.
Here's some apps I've bought
Soundhound
Tapatalk
Better Battery stats
Setcpu
Widgetlocker
If your into games you could buy a few. I just bought Asphalt 7 and am addicted to that shiznit

Power amp, rom toolbox pro are really awesome. rom toolbox would replace titanium back and root explorer, since it has everything those two apps have built into it (rom toolbox has the actual app root explorer built in) also has a bunch of other premium apps built in, so its actually cheaper to buy rom toolbox then to actually buy the individual apps
I don't know what file browser you use, but IMO Solid Explorer is pretty nifty... I'd say add that one to the list.
Nova Launcher Prime
GrooveIP for free voip calls with Google Voice
You could use it for Chromecast. Just add another $10.
