Yes as long as you follow the instructions provided with the batteries and use the appropriate charger. (this goes for all batteries) and you can read the reviews in the forum and in the sellers site.
Am also using Anker 1900 mAh battery for Galaxy S II. Its good!

Adding to the question; Can you charge Anker batteries with the stock Samsung charger when you are using it or you have pull it out for charging? If yes, then same goes for USB charging from PC and any other suitable charger?
The Anker batteries can be charged in the phone from a wall charger or USB -- it just takes a little longer to get a full charge.

Chargers?

If it is 1 amp it should be fine!
If more, the phone should somehow limit it but you never know.

In my experience, using a tablet charger with a cell phone charged the battery faster than the cell phone charger, but the battery also discharged a lot faster. Your mileage may vary.

Multimedia dock charger data

I've inherited a used multimedia dock but it came without the charger. ¿Can someone please post the volts, amps and plug polarity so I can find a replacement?
Thanks in advance.

12 volts, 1.5 amp. I don't have a multimeter to check polarity, but this things usually have the negative on the outside
