Most of colour are findable in /res/values/colors.xml
Signal wlan toogles are simple png can be found in res/drawable-xhdpi / hdpi

is there any way to do it? the anoying T-mobile text is just there and taking up my notifications bar, and my lockscreen id like to change it to mabey something cool,ive tried the carrier name change APP, tried to find the eri xml but no luck, if it has to result in recompiling the framework,res.apk has anyone successfully done it?
This is so in the wrong forum , can a mod please move this to Genera l ? (bubal I know that you're looking for an appearance mod but changing framework definitely goes beyond this forum grouping )
/system/app/LockScreen.apk/res/layout/xxxx.xml (xxxx depends on which lock screen you use ) there is also a seperate xml for the clock, which is referenced in your xml for your lockscreen, look for android:layout="@layout/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxclockxxxx.xm
also edit the styles in each values folder (there is 3 styles.xml) i'm not sure which one it is probly xhdpi but i just change them all rather then trial and error, there isn't many edits.
to remove icons can do it in xml or open the pngs and just delete everything in paint.net

all I can see there are just different png images on the status bar to those of stock
just unzip systemui.apk and change the pngs (dont replace anything else if you are simply unzipping)
or if you have no knowledge of changing pngs just go to uot kitchen and select which ever mod and pngs you want and it does it all for you
