HOW TO INSTALL ICS Version
Download both files above.
open carrier logo zip in your preferred zip manager and navigate to:
vrtheme>system>app>SystemUI.apk>res>drawable-hdpi>
and edit the file carrier_logo.png (edit your carrier logo in this file) (you should not make this image much bigger....) And SAVE into ZIP
copy both files to phone
Boot into CWM and flash the theme and then your modded carrier logo (Note if you do not do this you will have my carrier logo)
then reboot.

Looks very promising
EDIT: Looks nice, one slight change I would recommend though, in the settings menu, the only icon that is not changed is the HyperDroid Parts app, if that could be changed to look in sync with the others it would look better

Yeah it's a CWM flashable zip.[install zip from sd] (note: I have only tested it on deodexed rom so far)
Also just updated with better status and notification panel. (so might want to redownload (same link))

Realy nice..working fine...just a bit laggy when making or receiving a call...i mean 0.5 second to appear the incoming call or phone.

I also noticed that after installing this mod I lost the native sip support that I had on wanam's XWLPT 12.3 rom. I'll see if I can add it by myself.

I have a stock UK XWLPT 4.0.4 ROM and flashed the theme via CWM 5.6 but i get allot of UI crashes.
I will install Wanam 12.3 ROM, to fix this issue. thank you for such a great theme !

I just decompiled your modded framework-res.apk and found out that it still has native sip support.
So the reason why sip settings are missing is that the mod is using a 4.0.3-UHLPS Phone.apk (it also uses a modded 4.0.4-XWLPO Contacts.apk but I don't think that's a problem).
In summary to have native sip support we should have a modded LPT Phone.apk instead the LPS one.

Custom boot animation support
Flash or push any boot animation (properly sized for our device) in the "bootanimation.zip" format to /system/media.
Dual Settings Menu
There are two Settings icons in the app drawer: one for traditional view, and the other for stock tabbed view. If you want to switch from one to another, simply clear the defaults for Settings in the Application Manager.
Using the Aroma Installer
This is a quick guide to using the Aroma Installer since this highly customized version may be slightly different from what you have used before.
Looks complicated, but is super easy. And I think you will appreciate the ability to customize your set-up without having to re-install the ROM.
Installation:
Nandroid backup
Factory reset in recovery if coming from a non-TouchWiz ROM (backup internal SD Card contents first)
Flash in recovery
Aroma installer should start within ~5 seconds
Choose a theme for Aroma - not the ROM (if the colors look borked, go back and choose the theme again).
After agreeing to the disclaimer and viewing the changelog, Choose either:
Install or Update ROM - Installs ROM
or
Add or Remove Features - Allows you to add or remove apps, launchers, etc without re-installing the ROM.

Install or Update ROM:
Choose either:
Full Wipe - Clean install wipes system, cache, Dalvik, and app & system data (no media, etc).
or
Update Wipe - Wipes system, cache, Dalvik (for current Graviton users only)
Choose desired options.

Add or Remove Features:
Be sure to select everything you want included in the ROM, even if it is already installed on your device.
If any given item is not selected, it will either not be installed, or deleted if it is already installed.

Additional Info
If at any point Aroma hangs, hold the power button until device reboots recovery (10-15 seconds).
If install completes and you get a "Status 0" error after pressing "Reboot" in Aroma, just reboot the device.

a) Wi-Fi Fix: we have DjeMBeY great kindness in providing this fix for every i9505 firmware release. Unfortunately he didn't released any MF3. It may be necessary? There is any recommendations ?
b) I've only found "loki-patch" mentions in AT&T forum. It will be necessary?

a) No one has reported the need for a wifi patch (I think all were using ausdim's kernel).
b) You are correct, the loki-patch is an AT&T thing. That is a copy and paste error...sorry. However, once in the Aroma installer it indicates AT&T only. I'll fix that now.
I'll also post a flashable zip of the stock i9505 kernel. But, I can't guarantee you won't need a wifi patch.

Is it possible to you to post too only the updater-script (if it's the only file updated) ? It would be easier to replace it then to download all again just to get it.

There are no changes that need to be made to the updater-script. I just needed to change the install instructions on post #2.
I will post a stock kernel zip if anyone needs it. Just let me know.
Post #5 updated with info regarding adding any apps I have removed.
Also added instructions for adding a custom notification drawer image.

Yes. This ROM was built for the i337, but works fine on your device.
Can i ask the AOSP lockscreen does this stop the annoying yellow message popup box that samsung has ? and if not does this Rom support Xposed framework ? only i use disable samsung lockscreen notifications mod to stop it...cheers :good:

Yes the messaging notification happens with the AOSP lockscreen, and yes Xposed works just fine with this ROM.

Installing UPSM Mode
Go to your apps drawer
Open Xposed Installer
Click on Modules
Tick "Note3 UPSM MOD"
Reboot and open Note3 UPSM MOD from the drawer and choose "newer kitkat ROM"
Click on "Proceed" and give it Root access
Reboot and open Note 3 Upsm mod from the drawer
Choose UPSM ON/OFF
Accept the Samsung Terms and condition
(IMPORTANT: If you've got double tap to sleep module (or some other that change the action with a double tap on statusbar) disable it from xposed and make a soft reboot.
Then re-open from the drawer Note 3 UPSM and re-choose Upsm ON/OFF
On the popup choose Enable and enjoy Note 4 Upsm
To disable it double tab on status bar and a popup for deactivate will shown.
You can also now Download (Update) WatchOn from Google Play or Samsung Apps and all should be working!

Can't be doing with all the heavily customised ROMs anymore, just want stock Samsung, with all the crap removed and slight tweaks for performance and speed.

1) You can use the same file to add the deleted packages on both versions.
Just tested my update patch from ultraslim to stock and it works

Thanks rickyy22 There are a few roms already out there with alot of the S5 features I haven't included. Thing is some are working and some are not. I don't think there is a perfect S5 clone rom out there yet (that I've found).
Part of the problem is the clones out there are designed on specific bases that have been modified (e.g lots stay under XXUGNE8). Reason for this is with each new Samsung firmware release those base libs are modified and makes the mods for S5 features no longer work. Also the S5 mods are heavily dependant on some of the jar files in the framework which again are, or can be, changed on each new firmware.
I've added the S5 mods that aren't dependant on framework or libs (just updated apk's) to keep as a good base for future releases.
If new mods come out, test them or read on their forums if they are working correctly. Then let us know
I really want this rom stable as a rock therefore that is why I have made it this way.

Bugs I've come across:
- SystemUI.apk may force close on initial boot, ignore it it seems to stop after that first time.
- NFC Polling under Extra Settings menu doesn't work yet.
- In camera if you select 720p resolution you will get a force close.
- Message Blocking doesn't work with AOSPMms
- If wifi isn't working turn off smart network switch under wifi settings and reboot. This one is weird and smart network switch can be enabled again and doesn't cause this again... Making it tougher for me to figure out why it does it.

Making a backup is suggested before installation.
1. Make sure you are on at least 4.3 firmware.
2. Full Wipe (Wipe Data, System, Dalvik Cache and Cache. I also suggest an internal sd wipe after backing it up)
3. Flash the Rom.
4. First boot may take a few minutes. Be patient it could take up to 5 minutes to boot and settle in.

- Smart network switch still shows on first boot in the wifi connection. Haven't found the cause yet. DON'T USE IT, it causes issues.
- Wanam Xposed breaks auto brightness. disable the setting in wanam>themes>brightness slider settings.
- Wanam Clock and battery mods do not work.
- Wanam lock screen tweaks shouldn't be used.
- Clock will be dim on first boot till you enter the Extras menu then the color will appear.
- Modified Note 2 and Note 3 camera will FC only on 720p video recording.
- Please report any bugs. If at all possible please try and recreate the issues while running a logcat. The issue can be solved much faster then just telling me "this don't work".
- GPS Fix:
Enter the Samsung service mode by typing this code into the dial pad *#197328640#
Then go to Mainmenu>UMTS>Common>NV REBUILD>NV REBUILD> (Important: don't exit the menu yet!)
Wait 30+ sec
Long press power button and select "Restart / Reboot"
Now check your GPS from any software that may use GPS like "Maps" or "GPS Status"...
If this doesn't fix it use GPS Status and toolbox
If it still doesn't work right you may need to remove your battery cover and tighten the little screws on the back of your phone, This actually fixed mines issues.

Be warned that when already using 3minnit battery mod you will need to flash the correct 3minnit battery mod zip after flashing the theme you want before rebooting or you might run into some major errors. Before flashing between themes I recommend making a backup anyway especially if you are using a mod like 3minnit battery mod.
So for those of you already running the stock theme looking to update it you will want to be careful to flash the 3minnit battery mod afterward. I have those zips made to remove OGBatteryMod.apk which will probably cause major issues when flashing other themes with files pointing to OGBatteryMod instead of 3minnit.

Ill try to flash this latest sometime tomorrow. Ive gotta give this S3 back this weekend though, so ill try to test as much as I can while I've got it. (Im just hoping this weekend means Sunday and not Friday! )

At first glance. It is a very nice ROM. Moving from S3Rx, I didn't have to factory reset and all of my apps appear to be working. No FCs so far. I will give more feedback after further use.
I am guessing that KT747 will not work with this ROM yet?!

Thanks, I realized that after I made that post and saw the KT Kernel tweaks were active.
Yup, the kt747 kernel is our only option at this point. Otherwise wifi won't work.
Well we found some bugs in the ATT forum caused by things in the ultimate.xml (feature.xml). This update attached will fix these issues for you and add some other features I missed in the other file. Flash then wipe cache and dalvik. Below is my att post quoted also.

Which theme? Its included in the stock theme revert but I can get one up for my theme soon.
System/framework/mms-common.jar needs replaced with the original also.
