Micromax Canvad HD A116 USB Debugging Problem Solved - Testing

When it comes to use your Micromax Canvas HD A116 to use as emulator, your system can not detect it as a emulator even if you have successfully settled up the adb interface.
Here are the few steps using which I successfully set up the adb interface for my Micromax Canvas A116.
Firstly ensure that you've turned up the USB Debugging Mode. Settings -> Developer Options -> Check USB Debugging.
Now go to "http: (forward slash)(forward slash)adbdriver(dot)com(forward slash)downloads" and download ADB Driver Installer and Install it.
Now go to Command Prompt and enter the command "adb devices" and you will see your devices successfully connected as Emulator.
Hope the issue is solved with your device. Don't forget to press the Thanks button.

Thank You

Managed to fix it via ADB
- turn on developer options
- turn on usb debugging
- on your PC downlolad and install minimal adb and fastboot ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2317790 )
- connect your device via usb to your PC, wait 2 minutes until adb drivers have been installed
- run the installed adb link in your start menu, a cmd window opens op
- enter: adb shell
- enter: settings put secure spell_checker_enabled 1
- close cmd, disconnect phone, spell checking is enabled

unable to unlock bootloader

Yesterday i got my zuk z2 plus 64gb. I installed adb driver on pc & enable usb debugging from zuk z2 plus. I connect my phone to pc, Grant the usb debugging permission, extract the adb setup, shift button & write click. Now the cmd is open. When i enter "adb devices", my device is not showing.
I always use something called 15 Second ADB Installer when setting up ADB and Fastboot on a new computer. It installs all the correct drivers as well, so maybe that would solve your issue. Also, be sure to check Device Manager in Windows and see whether there are any devices showing with yellow caution symbols besides them.
If you find your phone displaying like this; right-click and choose 'Update driver', then 'Browse my computer for driver software' and 'Let me pick from a list of available devices on my computer'. Find Google Inc. and choose the one which says 'Android ADB Interface'. You have to do this AFTER running the 15 Second ADB Installer otherwise it won't work.
Definitely driver related, remove and reinstall etc but don't give up haha sometimes its a PITA to install the correct drivers...

Ok... Since I have no intention to root until Huawei pushes the Oreo and Facial Recognition updates, I have kept USB Debugging "OFF" and set Select USB Configuration to: Media Transfer Protocol (MTP)
Then, I attempted to do what you are trying to do... and it worked perfectly..
So.. Do This:
Step 1 Click on your windows icon and in the search bar type "CMD"
Step 2 Set USB Configuration to MTP.
Step 3 Again I had Debugging off.. you can try it with it on if you like.. either way turn off your device.
Step 4 Hold down the Vol-Down button while plugging your device into your USB cable connected to your computer.
Step 5 This will turn on your device and put you in Fastboot Mode.
Step 6 Now go to your ADB Command Line and type "fastboot devices"
You'll see it.....

Fastboot mode Troubleshooting [windows users]

Troubleshoot guide for updating the adb and fastboot drivers manually in a PC running any version of windows
First, try updating your drivers through windows update automatically. If the drivers are installed and still fastboot commands are not working, then follow these steps:
Pre-requisites:
* PC running windows 7/8/10
* Internet connection (just 20MB)
* Working USB cable
Steps:
(1) Download the [OFFICIAL][TOOL][WINDOWS] ADB, Fastboot and Drivers - 15 seconds ADB Installer v1.4.3 from XDA
Link: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2588979
(2) Install it with "Y" confirmation for all 3 options and reboot the PC
(3) Disable the internet connection of your pc
(4) Reboot your phone to fastboot mode and plug it to your PC's USB 2.0 port (important)
(5) Open device manager on PC and scan for hardware changes from the option if your device is not listed already
(6) If it shows 'Asus android device' -> "ASUS Android Bootloader Interface', right click on it and uninstall device with the 'delete the driver software' option ticked.
(screenshot 1 & 2)
(7) Now scan for hardware changes (magnifying glass icon)
(8) It will show 'Android' with an ! symbol
(screenshot 3)
(9) Right click -> Update driver -> Browse my computer for driver software
(10) Choose "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer"
(11) Choose "Android device" or "Asus android device" or similar option and confirm it with Yes or Next option
(screenshot 4)
(12) A warning will pop up, press 'Yes'
Done
(13) Go to adb folder -> shift+right-click and open cmd or powershell window -> type "fastboot devices" without the quotes and you will see your device listed.

After I completed all the steps, my phone showed on screen "press any key to shutdown" and even in device manager it shows android ADB interface as hidden. Help please. Rebooting again to fastboot mode doesn't help because it shows the same screen "press any key to shutdown" on reconnecting with PC.

Well i learned this from somewhere but actually you need to turn off the secure boot in your PC from the BIOS. That's what helped me do it

Well you know how there's a BIOS in your PC which contains the basic commands required to run a computer. There is a setting called secure boot inside your BIOS. You need to turn it off and then install fastboot tools. To open the BIOS, repeatedly press F10 or F8 on your computer while it is opening. This is how it worked for me atleast

ADB devices unauthorized. No touch, no LCD how to connect to monitor

Hello my friends can someone help me with my problem? I have a LG G pad 10.1 v700 with broken/missing touch screen and LCD and I want it to connect to my monitor with vysor and/or [email protected] The problem is that I need to accept dialog windows when appears on my tablet when connecting to vysor, but i cant for obvious reason. I have installed ADB universal drivers, LG drivers, Android Studio and am trying with adb commands like "adb devices" to make some connection with my tablet but it says that my devices is unauthorized and don't accept adb commands at all. I read over the INTERNET that i need to boot in TWRP mode and than I can use adb commands there without authorization. I have previously installed TWRP recovery and also debugging mode is enabled, but when i am supposedly in TWRP mode (I don't hear LG boot sound sometimes after Power + Vol down button combination) my tablet doesn't recognize at all from Windows 10 and "adb devices" command show "error: no device". Can you help me?
My tablet is with android Kit Kat, rooted, Debugging mode is enabled, TWRP is installed
In Windows Device Manager I see in Android Devices - LG ADB interface, also in Portable Devices - V700

Although I have personally not done so specifically for this purpose, you could try connecting a USB mouse via USB-OTG adapter and use the mouse pointer so select the check box and hit the correct button without using touchscreen... do provide feedback if you have success...
