Install Sprint Rom on VM Intercept - Intercept Android Development

I am trying to get my vm intercept to work on page plus. First I tried to root it and was unsuccessful. Next I tried to us SWUpdate to flash a sprint rom. It gave me the error unable to open bin file. Also my sd card slot is broken. I really want to flash the sprint rom so I can update the prl. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think anyone will want to help us. I asked for help with rooting my backup phone, which is an Intercept. Still no response. I hope you get it taken care of!

Yeah, I was getting that feeling when I looked around this part of the forums. Maybe Someone can help me with SWUpgrade(cannot open bin file), I think I could achieve the rest if I could get that to work. This is where I got the sprint rom: http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php/1691827-Intercept-free-stock-ROMs-and-apps!

how to get back to tmobile original settings and software?

Hi,
A few weeks ago I flashed my rom and now Im trying to get back to the original tmobile settings/software so that I can sell my phone. I have no idea how to do this. If someone could give me step by step instructions, that would be so greatly appreciated. Thank you =)
there is a thread here with links to the original roms including the t-mobile rom...shouldn't be hard to find. Just flash and boom, phone is like it was when you bought it.
Browse into my sig and look in smart phone\roms and find T-mobile something .6
download and use a romupdate.exe to install

need a favor from an At&T xp owner on stock rom

i have rooted and applied the generic 2.3.4 update, finding that i can no longer charge android apps to my carrier... i was reading a thread on another forum about debranding/rebranding an xperia x10 and thought that it may work??? anyway i need someone with that is on stock at&t firmware to give me the 2 lines in the build.prop file in /system
they will read
ro.semc.version.cust=xxxx-xxxx
ro.semc.version.cust_revision-xxx
or just copy the whole build.prop file.
wanna see if changing those lines may fix the issue...
thanks
anyone??? should be able to do it rooted or not... just have to be able to view files in the /system folder
I have it but I am new to Android and you'll have to tell me exactly how to browse/open/check for you. Also, I had no idea you could charge to your carrier. In fact, I accidentally made a purchase in an attempt to see what the payment options were and I saw it show up on my credit card despite never giving them my card details. The service is on my brother's family plan, so it was not billed through the carrier in order to show up on my card. The only thing I can think of is that Google kept my payment details from an old Google Checkout purchase but I'm pretty sure I've replaced my card since then and would have told it not to remember it in the first place.
nevermind... i extracted the file i needed from a att rom, and didnt work...
I need a favor from a stock AT&T user as well. My voicemail didn't work at all for a week due to a problem turning off the Visual Voicemail from my last phone (iPhone 4). After they "fixed" it, I got an error switching my VM to Google Voice. If someone else could try and tell me if they get the same error, I would appreciate it.

I know there's been multiple threads on this topic but I can't figure out how to solve it after reading each one. Here's my story. I rooted it and then flashed CM10 via cwm recovery and everything was working fine. One day later without doing anything my 4g started slowing down and eventually I can't get anything but edge. I looked around xda and found out that i might be missing my IMEI. Sure enough my IMEI was a 0. I tried recovering to a back up but that didn't fix it so I injected it back in via Peoplearmy's method. The IMEI is now in place but I still wasn't getting anything but edge. I tried using odin to flash it back to stock which worked but I still wasn't getting anything but edge. Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this? I have contacted Peoplearmy but he hasn't replied yet and i need this fixed asap so it would be great if someone could help me out. This is the T-mobile version of the s3. If you need any more information please ask. Thanks. I would post this in another place but I don't have enough posts. Relatively new here.

[Help!] Hard bricked

Ok, so I wasn't paying attention to what I downloaded and ended up trying to flash an AT&T Galaxy S2 ROM on my T989. I ended up with a total brick and the only way it can be read is via QPST, the Qualcomm tool.
Now, from what I can tell - and I've not messed with this before - I need to flash back a restore image in order to get the phone back. But I haven't been able to find one anywhere. I might be very naive (and probably am...) but it would seem to me that if someone downloaded the QPST tool and did a backup then I could use those files.
Again, if anyone has any experience with this it would be much appreciated. Clearly the phone is salvageable, but just not without a lot of work

HTC ONE M9 Stuck in BOOTLOADER LOOP - Willing to Compensate

I recently bought a new HTC One M9 from Ebay brand new, the listing said it was unlocked and gsm. Unfortunately this was not true, so when i finally got it I had to unlock it myself which i managed but i went further and wanted to root my phone, as far as rooting after the step to install Team Win Recovery Project, I followed this tutorial: (youtube.com/watch?v=rOHN8byHAzk&t=941s) and basically im like all the other guys who have their phone stuck in bootloader loop, i've tried the RUU exe's from HTC they end up giving me a "Signagure" (spelt that way) error so i cant use that, i've cycled through multiple micro sd cards to try get the stock os to install in the download boot. i've getting roms they dont work and the loop just continues. Im lost guys...and heartbroken with a new uselss phone...IM WILLING TO PAY(within reason) anyone that can help me to get my phone back to normal.
The phone was from USA under Sprint, I tested my GSM network when I had it unlocked and it worked, I dont care if I can only get it back on Sprint, I just want it working again. Again I'm willing to Pay the person via PayPal to Help me out.
Thank you. you can contact me at [email protected]
Never ever follow video tutorials. They're outdated as soon as they get uploaded.
Depending on the firmware version of your phone you need different files for rooting your M9. That's why you ended up with a bootloop. The video doesn't give you that information.
Take a look at the ReadMe thread. It should explain all you need to know and contains all files you might need for recovering your phone.

THank you for replying im still busy looking for help on how to do this, I stand by my promise i will PayPal anyone that can help me save my device, I consider myself tech efficient in general, im just new to android - this is my first andeoid.
As said before, just look at the ReadMe thread. A bootloop isn't the end of the world. There's no need to pay anyone at this point since all files and information you need are available for free.
