As mentioned in the previous thread, the new camera will not connect. Led flash goes off once when opening camera, then just a black screen. I'll logcat when I'm not mobile. Just reporting for now.

I flashed this and it works for just regular text messages and pic messages but when I try to attach a video clip it forcecloses every single time. Did I do somthing wrong?

Just delete your SMS.apk in system/app and reinstall it. Just pull the SMS file from an old GB ROM or something. I'd post it for you, but I'm @ work.

Yep. Make sure after you flash you go into Message, Settings, Custom User Agent, Custom, then choose any name you want.

Well, now that I think about it, you can re-flash the ROM and that should fix things. I'm pretty sure Marcus's ROMs aren't "data wipping." But, I can upload the SMS.apk in a few if u still want it.

Hmmm. I see you're on a Touchwiz ROM so I'm not quite sure why it's force closing. I would try re-flashing the ROM and then flashing the mod right after.

Removed all my Dropbox links because they disabled my account due to too much traffic, if you guys want them back please consider donating a buck or two for a Mediafire Pro account...This was REALLY popular with the Galaxy Nexus, I've seen a lot of people ask how to do it with the Nexus 7...but no actual tutorials, so here is one and it's SUPER simple...all you need is ROOT and works with odexed/deodexed ROMs...well I've only tried it on STOCK 4.1.1, so if you brick or anything that's on you.
You'll need custom soft keys, MetaMorph and well a Nexus 7 ;P
1. Download MetaMorph and place MIUIBlue SoftKeys in your "sdcard" under AndroidThemes, extract it.
2. Open MetaMorph, go to Pick existing theme, open the MIUIBlue folder
3. Select the MIUIBlue.xml
4. Hit Apply All
5. Wait a few seconds and reboot
6.
7. PROFIT!?!?!?!

You'd have to modify other xml files, but yes it's possible...but not worth the hassle to me

The images are the same for tablet UI and normal UI, so you can flash it and should work...worst that happens is you have to restore your /system backup

My homescreen setup is from Darkpie UI screen I saw and had on my Galaxy Nexus, you can search in the Galaxy Nexus forums for soft keys and will find TONS in there, there's a whole thread for them.
This would be cool if we could "draw" our own key images and use/import them. What image format are they in?
Also, how would one apply this (what file(s) to edit) manually, i.e. w/o that extra app?

They need to be png images, if you look at the zip you'll see what images you need to edit manually

I Wrote an Aroma Installer so you can now pick and choose your modifications and launchers. Please do a full wipe
This rom is Deodex.
I called this Lifeless to remove most of the bloat and LG launcher but still keeping LG essentials. It's not exactly AOSP, but it's something

Not worth it, I'm still adding the tweaks, updating the updater-script, and have to finish building a website by tomorrow (work related). I'll probably pick it up again after the weekend and won't release for a little past that.

Google...all of that is found on XDA and easily flash able since this is a deodex rom or wait for an eclipse or slim bean or baked ROM.

Honjav,Ardi seems cool and does not seen to care but asking OP for anytime frame is uncouth and fround upon on XDA. And by no means am I complaining I just don't want to see you get in trouble when a moderator finally find his or her way here. The development section of our awesome LGOG is doing very well but the question and answer session is way out of hand and rules are being torn in Broken all over the place so when a moderator does get here that moderator is going to start getting pissed. Lol. So I'm looking out for you I am by no means complaining.

Need to decompile and see what makes other version crash at boot. This one doesn't but display settings are wrong. Will see if I can fix it, but I won't spend too much time for this as I am novice dev.

Using viper 4 android with poweramp right now and i`m very happy becuase of the many settings including bass dynamic etc.

Yes, he has given you permission, but according to the rules (And from Zeroinfinity request) you must give him credit in the OP which you have not done.

Hi, a little bit back to topic...
Just installed v1.44, I'm using NUT's ROM with Doomlord's Advanced Stock Kernel, UB, deodexed. After installing this MOD, the Z1 boots up, but stays at "updating applications" screen... After rebooting with "Vol Up+Power" the phone stays at boot animation.
So restored my phone from CWM backup.
any one try with 4.4.2 NUT ROM and STOCK KERNEL
