i love Xperia UI form my day one with android, downloading regardless the huge volume, u can search for slimmer Xperia Apps.

If this one based on arco last build (final),then you should try @hurtsky kernel, they always suits well ( for me )

I prefer the 4.1.2 final rom because it has less bugs than 4.2.2 Alpha 7. The speed is very good and the battery lasts longer. To avoid using unstable rom or which may give unpleasant surprises better to wait the final version of 4.2.2, then it will be time to publish the mods for that rom.(I think!)

Ok., XPERIA patch from Rizal Lovin's has delete stock CM torch app and it's make 'torch widget button' in Notification Drawer not working..
my suggest just hope you replace xperia torch with stock CM torch app in next update..
and hopefuly you add Timescape widget in your ROM

A- tell me what did you do and info of your last Rom
Q-I’m on ics so what i should do ?
A-Install .211 or .96 JB via flashtool
Q-There is a bug , how to report ?
A-give me logcat and tell me what you did
Q-How to remove the kernel from Rom ?
A-open it with winrar or any zip opener and delete "boot.img"

Couple of questions:
1.) since this rom has the honami home launcher, will it have the force close bug if you have apps on the internal storage and not in the phone memory?
2.) Im, currently using nelikp's ported 96 firm for ion which has solved some of the issues i had on 211(some apps would randonly freeze for no reason, vol up bug is less frequent now, less launcher redraws), will there be a V2 of this rom with 96 firmware as base?

V2 of the ROM is not yet released. Wait until abo hani release it.

Installation procedures
-Download the Honami_XAS_v2.zip
-Download the Honami_XAS_fix.rar
-before flash unrar/extract the fix
-Drag all the 3 folders (Honami, META-INF, and system) into the Honami_XAS_V2.zip
-copy and replace all the folders/files (press ok or yes)
-then now you can flash like normal

las one for future use

So,
I did a hard reset, erase everything.
1. Flashtool-> stock 96->root->CWM.(also tried with 211 kernel)
2. Downloaded the Honami XAS v2 and Honami XAS fix. From rar (fix) copied three folders to zip (but it isnt ask to replace)-> copied to phone, wiped cache/dalvik and flashed the ROM.
What i have:
if choosing white:
- i have illumination Bar notification app in app drawer... I have no bar caouse i have XAS
- disapeared the clock widget!!!! no clock widget!!!
- like you said in settings all black/grey
if choosing black:
- still white walkman widget!
- like you said the text in apps is black
Both:
- standed battery icon
- wi-fi cant find the connection (tried origi and mod fix also)
- lockscreen nice, i think with 30% transparent slider (camera and walkman). Less dividers ithink!
- old note app
- keyboard theme not changing according to theme
- about phone-> build version 211? (intalled on 96)
- iphone folder style
- app drawer fast and smooth
- nice wallpapers
- reboot option
- Aroma installer great!
I think it would be better with this framework... here is better the animation, loading etc.
It would be super better if you can include somehow transparent statusbar mod!
And i dont know why but im getting all time build version 211!!! But you telling that the Rom based on 96!!! How?

Works great, good looking and smooth... I also got the build number to be 211, don't know if it's just the properties... And the known bug disappearing icons made me go back to black96i, i have to fix it everytime... I'll be waiting for version 3... Hope it will be out soon...

Enter to Honami Camera with physical button and change Superior Auto mode for Manual. Everything should work then.

If you installed AOSP deafult or AOSP/CM system apps, you'll get com.android.phone FC twice in each reboot. After that everything will work like a charm.
Internet doesn't work
flash this and go to Settings/Xperia/Internet Settings
I want to install AOSP or AOSP system Apps
Do a format system before and also don't forget choosing AOSP framework. com.android.phone FC is caused by AOSP Phone.apk so I'd recommend to choose another option.

Installation Instructions
A fresh installation is always recommended.
LOCKED Bootloader
If you don't come from a rom based on .96 firmware, please select .96 kernel in AROMA.
Download the zip and save it in your SDcard.
Go to CWM and do the 3 wipes: data, cache and dalvik. Format System as well.
Flash the zip and choose the options you want in AROMA.
Let the ROM settle.
UNLOCKED Bootloader
If you are not on a rom based on .96 firmware install a .96 based kernel: Doomslord's (recommended) or stock.
Download the zip and save it in your SDcard.
Go to CWM and do the 3 wipes: data, cache and dalvik. Format system as well.
Flash the zip and choose the options you want in AROMA.

After weeks of hard work here i am presenting you my second ROM for Xperia S/SL based on 96 Firmware. For Locked and Unlocked Bootloader. Ultimate BlackXS Ultra version is a re builded version of Ultimate BlackXS rom. I have fixed maximum of bugs. No more grey looks in most of the Black Apps. This time i came with a better look. Its called Flat UI. U can feel a poor Flat UI experience in most of the black system apps and third party apps. This will be a new experience for 2012 Device users.
Up Coming Versions will be OTA Updates. U don't need to download whole ROM again and again for updates..Just flash the OTA Update Zips. Thats all. The ROM does not contain 4.3 Theme Engine but i will try to make one later and add it as a add on. If u wish u can flash Theme Engine from Add-on section later. But u will lost the Pure Black look...

100% there will b some bugs. We can't find any custom roms without a single bug. Every custom roms hav bugs..

Love the flat UI BTW. If it's possible, please, change the quick settings toggles without separators, it doesn't go with the flat UI. Thanks for the ROM.

Thanks for the feedback my friends. Its because of the fully transparent SystemUI. Don't worry. I will make an add on soon with semi transparent SystemUI. So u can flash that.. Pls wait for some times. :thumbup:
Next update i will add new settings.apk with flat ui quick settings also. :thumbup:
For gmail force close simply remove gmail using root explorer and install/update from playstore again.
