Tapatalk 4 thread/subforum search - AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note II

I couldn't find a way to search in a sub forum / thread. I know there is a search function on the side drawer, but then I need to filter it.....scroll through the list of 100s subforum to look for which sub forum/thread I want to search in etc. Any better way? You know some forum nowadays will flame you for not searching (which I'm sure I'm doing already)
Any help would be appreciated.

Did you search this before posting?

Not to hijack your thread, but is your tt4 staying open when you move to another app and then come back? Mine is closing forcing me to reopen all the forums and sub forums and the navigate my way back to the post I was at. Even my task manager isn't showing it as open.

LOL, just kidding. My real question is if you can remove that google bar at the top. I can't seem to find the way. I like using the stock launcher.

Thanks for the reply, but like I said I don't like using anything other than the stock launcher. That said, I will if there is no other way though.
sorry I'm not on ics. but can't you just push and hold then drag it to delete?
---------- Post added at 01:46 AM ---------- Previous post was at 01:45 AM ----------
if not you could try going into titanium backup and deleting the google search apk

Nope, you can't. It's weird they'd do that. I guess its to brand Google and show it off.
That's a great idea with deleting it's APK! I'm going to try to find out how to do that and tell you how it goes. Thanks!
no problem man hope it works!
There is something in settings to remove it....I remember seeing it when I was on ics

(Req) inverted xda forum app.

Is there an inverted xda app floating around somewhere? If not, I wouldn't mind trying to do it myself, if someone could point me in the right direction on how to do it.
I spend a lot of time on here with my phone, and I imagine a black background with white print would save battery.
Sent from my SPH-L710 using xda premium
Tapatalk 2 you can change the background. Also buy other ones.

In the xda free app at least. Tap the more button in the top right corner. Then tap settings. Then tap display style.

Doh. In the paid version it's called "xda free" under display style. Thanks dude.

Np, I always look for things with black backgrounds because of battery savings.

[Q] Move apps to SD?

Hey guys,
When I had my S2 I had no problem moving apps like FPSE to my SD card, whereas I just had to click a button located in my app setting. But recently I bought a Galaxy Note II, and when I wanted to move some apps to my SD card I couldn't find this button, so is there any other way to do so?
Hi
You need to root your device and than swipe your storage. Will post link to tutorial in a min.

Any other method except merging the memory coz afaik internal memory gets wiped with factory reset..if the memories are merged then both the memories will get wiped

Use "directory bind"

as of now am keeping SD data of large size games on external card and apk installed on internal storage. so when you want to play something, just copy the files from external to internal.it's the only way around without rooting.

yes. actually it is. that said, it isn't fully functional, so in that regard it isn't, you can side load it, set up a shortcut to it via apex launcher, and it does work to an extent, but its extremely lacking in the core features that make it a good dialer. not reliable at all.

So it can be there, but as is, it doesn't function fully, and that to me is pointless. Fwiw that is the 4.4.3 dialer, on ne6 tweaked ROM, just to show it does install, and also the contacts are somewhat functional as well. I think it could be possible if a developer really wanted it to be so. At this moment it hasn't happen
