Hi... I have updated my ROM of HTC diamond from 1.37 to 1.93.720.2 WWE. my problem
my Wifi(secured) is dected by the phone but it cant seem to able establish a stable connection. I have tried things like soft reset and best performance option but no solution its still just keep saying connecting and nver gets connected.
Please help!
Hi, I had similar problems. I even "switched off" the security on my Router and still had problems. I also realized the the "E" sign for Edge ocasionally changed to a "G" and my web browsing was considerably slower. I guess this could have something to do with the India ROM that HTC has released.
I've moved back to the "SwiftBL-WWE-Diamond-V7-0-Lite-16MbPP" with Radio 1.00.25.05 and it work's like a charm. WiFi is working (with all the security back on the Router) and Edge ("E") is back on permanently.
I think I'll stick to this ROM. It's a bit faster that the HTC ROM.
Are you using a airtel locked phone in India(mine is)..does you mentioned rom update require phone to be unlocked...

I've tried some rom and flash, and sometime i meet this probleme :
- get no or worse signal
- missed calls or dropped calls
- seems to get no 2g signal
Result => my phone became a pocket android....without gsm fonction...
Manytime i've saw other member met this problem....
So after many attemp, remplacing radio file in folder system/etc/motorola/bp_nvm_default has solved my problem for theses rom :
- Rooted and not froyo chinese rom
- JBoojie Eclair or Froyo (actually running)
- Milestone 2
- etc...
It work for me, so try it !
I've made a zip upgrade via Recovery mode with my working radio file (comes from original EU Eclair rom v2.34)
Please feeback

as I havn't found the file you providing here, I've got a question: Where are the radiofiles from (US ROM, Netherlands ROM....) ???
I've got the China 2.2 ROM running here, and I've made a file check. 4 of those 14 files are different to your files, but NOT by filesize.
Those files are:
File_Audio2
File_Audio8
File_GSM
File_Seem_Flex_Tables
I'm going to get those files from a 2.34 Central Europ ROM also to make this check again... stay tuned
Edit: those 2.34 Files exactly match your files.
Yes i've use 2.34, it has solve all my worse signal issue with many rom.
It could work only with my french operator, i don't know if it's needed for all ?
Also, try this if you are european user and if you meet signal problm after installing new modified froyo rom, it work for me.

i don't try it because i found the solution by replace radio file before the ItfunzBaseBandSwitcher.apk file posted....
I'll try it with next test rom (vanilla froyo), i'll let u know
This just solved my issues with T-Mobile (Germany) and Froyo ROMS. Thanks a lot!
ItfunzBaseBandSwitcher.apk work too, but not for the new T-mobile rom here :

It seems like that is only a display iussue. For me it always show "3G", instead of "H" but when I use *#*#4636#*#* it shows either UMTS or HSPA depending if the telephone uses HSPA or not.

After I replaced all the files in system/etc/motorola/bp_nvm_default , my 2G signal is back.
I am from Bulgaria/Globul, very new in this Andro-things, but before few days I rooted my Motorola Defy+.
I also did some things that I am not 100% sure what...changing rom, upgrading and etc...
However
Android version is 2.3.6
Model number: MB526
Baseband version: EPU93_U_00.60.03
System version: 45.0.2310.MB526.AsiaRetail.en.03

I have a custom rom on my tablet CyanogemMod and I just got a shared data sim from optus
Trouble is the data is not working
I have rung optus and they see it connecting to their network but I do not get any 3g/4G symbol and the internet is not working
Have gone through the steps with optus phone support in creating a new APN etc
Could there be something up with my custom rom?
If anyone can help id appreciate it
or id love to try to revert back to the original rom, I think I tried this once but it did not work
Bought the tablet from Kogan, so it had chinese language when I got it, would I need a chinese rom version ? ( sorry still learning about this )

What cm? official cm11 or unofficial cm12? if unofficial cm12 its no wonder if the list of apns still not updated

Although my account is fairly new, i used to be an active poster but apparently my account got deactivated.
Eitherway. I'm having some trouble with my SM-T111 tablet, when it's set to connect through 3G it will remain out of network, Emergency Calls Only being displayed.
The sim is fine, i put it in my phone and everything is ok. Also installed another provider's sim in the tablet and situation is the same - only if fthe tab is in 2G mode it will connect to the carrier.
I contacted Samsung online and had a brawl with someone there who said there has been a 4.4.2 update released for that tablet (which runs 4.2 at the moment).
I have not received any update OTA nor through KIES, the tablet is stock and has never been rooted.
My question for you is - IS there any way to get 4.4.2 on SM-T111? Hopefuly it will fix my 3G problem ( i assume it has sommething to do with the Modem version )

The SM-T110 and SM-T111 are on 4.2.2. 4.4 are not available right now. Hope someone build cyanogenmod 11 soon

may be it is too late but there is no problem connecting to 3G Network on this device provided your operator activates your account for 3G.

I have some issues with my LG wing phone, it's Korean version F100N20b. LM-F100N.
So, problem is when i drive with my car telefon always have very big problem to connect to the network. My call end every 2 min.
But when i don't move office or home everything works fine.
I have this problem after i do an update. I wonder if it's android 11.
What you think ?
I download a kernel for do an update myself with flashtool. Do you think it's possible to change my version in european kernel ?
