I seem to have an issue with media playback... The volume sometimes for one or two apps I'd almost inaudible from the rear speaker. Killing the app doesn't fix the problem and it's not the same app all the time... Any ideas?

Yeah it is. Not as dynamic I will admit, but you can have Tablet, Phablet and Phone.
But doesn't use PAPrefs.apk

Nice ROM but the absence of per app DPI change is a no go for me. 213 DPI is the best of them all but keyboard in portrait is tiny as well as some apps for reading.

the 720dp definitions dont pan out on smaller phones. with the new definitions it'll look better and you can scale higher without getting cut-offs.
it'll look like this:

Ya kinda sucks about jelly am. Was a cool ROM but something in it kept making people brick their phones... Not my build of it but the more resent builds. Then the mods just shut it down. Took all of them out! I don't blame them though I guess. Ya its a pretty damn good ROM. Everyone always says its like the most stable. I rarely have complaints... Let alone comments. Lol. But I guess no news is better than bad news!

your jellybam was my nandroid for some time it was sad to see it go but there are alot of new options now and alot of people stepping it up in this Hercules community i thought this phone was just about done then jellybam came out and then everything else exploded after that this phone is def one to keep !!! thanks for your continued support to our phone man!!!:victory::highfive:

Yeah I thought of that as a last resort. I was hoping to get a definitive answer from the OP. Funny though there is nothing in there to kill it. You would think with it being redundant in a Galaxy S models there would be a way to disable or not have it on by default.

U can do that or u could also set the extended desktop and show status bar. Lol that works too

O alright cool was so used to slim so it's a bit of aWIP for me but damn been running all day and set up my ish besides no shortcuts on lock screen I can live with that stock kernel for me I'm no OC guy I might change the kernel after this settles more... great F work man!!

I know, that happens to me too sometimes when I flash a rom for the first time. Reboot and it should be fine

The Phone Dialer force closes, and my signal disconnects every time I to make or receive calls. Anybody else have this issue?

You would need to change the dpi through the settings. I'm not currently on the ROM right now, if someone else doesn't help you out, I might have time later to flash the ROM and give you a step by step guide on how to change it. Or if you want to try it yourself it will be in the settings.

Settings/ Hybrid settings/System Density
Change it from 240 to desire density as iam understanding you want 320 density that's normal phone. But be aware that changing this settings can lead to issues with apps and phone it self.

Downloads and installation
+ Download the Latest ROM from here for both d2tmo/d2usc! (bootanimation doesnt last long, u will go to a black screen, but it will boot)
+ Download the GApps from here
+ Copy the ROM to the SD
+ Copy the GApps to the SD
+ update recovery required for install of android 4.4.x
+ Boot into your recovery
+ Back up your ROM
+ Enter recovery
+ Make full wipe "include formating system/data"
+ Install the ROM
+ Install the GAPPS
+ Reboot, setup and enjoy Blue Lightning!

galaxy gear? this is for galaxy s III t-mobile & US cellular----- as for wifi tether! i dont recall! lol

Using this from yesterday and for my use, it is working very smooth and not having any issues so far.

I'm pretty sure galaxy gear is Samsung specific and only touchwiz Roms have the support. I don't think any non-touchwiz Roms would have the support...
