There is NO s-off jet for our devices, read about it in lot of threads on this forum.

Mine is S-OFF, but it came like that.

You don't need S-OFF almost all you need is possible to do with S-ON reed article written by mike1986.

yea i know that but its really annoying tha we always hav to flash boot.img before installing a rom or a kernel :/

It's not possible yet to s-off the tegra3 hox, the s4 version you can

If your version number is 502 I'm afraid you can't use the 401 ruu unless you have s-off

i would suggest you to wait a week and the latest leak should be out and you will be able to install it...

Try to flash another rom!
For example IceCold Jelly
I'd suggest you to flash another ROM because of the possibility of bricking. Check this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2052610

Try to change recovery and flash TWRP...
If you receive the same error, i think you have damage internal sd with trip's rom...
