Is there any other miui ports for art other then the one we already have?

Other sites may offer ports...but they are not linked here. ..(rules and such)..
Google search may yield more results for you. ..

The stock CM kernels are usually bundled with the ROM. So flashing CM10.1 will give you the latest CM kernel.
How do you know if a rom has tethering detection software. Thanks
