Ok most of you is trying hard to make it fully work, i didnt manage to do it either, but i tried, there are to much apps that need editing and so little time, i home someone can step up and finish the rest of the apps because i dont have that much time. Anyway i present to you (based on my friend @Pandemic mod, witch i have premision to do it and i credit him for it) the HONAMI WHITE SETTINGS with HONAMI ICONS, i olso add to it the LOCATION BASED WI-FI, SEMCSETTINGS and SOUNDPICKER and READYTORUN but there are mode to be done, some of the selection modes needs to be moddified and there are not dependent of the settings.apk. And i olso enabled autobrightness, dunno if it realy works, to me it seems to be working.
V1.
BUGS:
1. In applications selection the text is white despite de white background(same as @Pandemic's)
2. Other apps that work with settings.apk need to be moddified
3. Not all background changeing themes work properly, but stock ones work well.
4. In VOLUME the alarm icon is different and bigger (i think it has something to do with themes or framework dont know yet) and the icon are white despide the white background
5. In SECURITY section when choosing to change the pin number the numbers are white despite the white background.
6. Maybe more bugs (actualy it needs to be taken care of... i dont know if its worth it, you tell me)

Yes dumb people hahaha !!" )) ,but here is not the case, @Dr. NAC please read the first post and you will understand that stock themes aply well with this settings.apk. Its a prefference, all prefferences need sacrifices, this one is the themes, less themes to be exact.

Burn out will occur when text color = background colour.
The name of the image speek for itself ; background implies out of focus or dimmed, not sharp and krispy edges that interfere with the foreground.
The Batman Settings screen is working OK.
Just some advice, to which you can welcome or ditch, whatever wisely chosen.

Of course i took into account in tryina maintain the visibility.... i guess u are pointing out to the skull mod coz it clashes with it.... but i googled these pics and chose the ones best for visibility for the image title related....
Obviously if u are too.much of visibility the abstract images(not too graphic... like the jb wallpaper)
Are the best but i had to also make mods like ironman....

may be it works only on the original theme then, sorry i am not that educated in the android world :/ i just do what i know and let others also have the experience, may be i ll look into the issue and if i find the solution i ll post it

In this setting are some bugs that i don't know how to fix. Here they are:
Dark pop-up (not white) with black text in wifi and bluetooth - FIXED!
And second white text on white background in accounts section (If we choose e.g. Google account there are three options written by white text on white background):
Next is wrong text in settings when we choose app in running section:

I know I would like to know that (I know 60-70% but I'm still taping in a dark and sometimes hit a wall) and I'm sure there's plenty of guys who are interested in that theme.
Which png to change, which xml to edit, decompile, recompile, sign...
Maybe even for framework-res.apk.
Just the basics.
I know we have similar tutorials but nozomi is device full of surprises and if you guys wanna share your knowledge I would appreciate that.

I can't help you :/ I decompiled app with one of tuts on forum, found wrong-sized PNGs, replace it by new ones, and add Quick Settings with one of tuts. Next found original line with wallpaper and copied it to Personalization section. After all i packed it all to Zip and post request to compile it, becouse i can't do it. It's all. I'm neewbie, it's my first 'mod' for Android, previously I was modding Symbian S60v3 and Nokia's S40 Phones. I know it. In @beniamin24 's settings is the same, in some other modded settings that i was using this option didn't work. In stock settings there isn't this option. I don't founded settings with this option working :/

I decompiled it, but there aren't any important values in XMLs or PNGs... ;(
I know most of you what to transform your phone into a white Honami based phone from your stock Xperia S JB, most of you and most of us did so but one of the missing details is the SemcPhone.apk its still stock Xperia S JB looking and in settings its still black so i came across a moded SemcPhone.apk with a Honami look and white settings to better fit your white settings.apk better . I'm shareing it, i found it in a japonese forum and it still needs work.
Please make a backup first
Just push the apk into /system set permissions and then push it to system/app and enjoy. If it doesnt work,reboot then enjoy
It only works with stock 4.1.2 Xperia S JB FW on all .96, .211 and .200 FWs
Not sure if its framework dependent to work, please try it.

Xperia S is not LTE compatible, so don't be surprised that the settings from Xperia S doesn't carry 4G settings. Some work might be needed.

Anyway for bug no.2 those text are "Romania" in Chinese, but I don't have it on my device. In fact, mine doesn't even show the country at all.

No.. Default is White itself.. But this one has small Animations change than Stock.. In the Call accept/reject slider.. The only i noticed until now.. May be there are more..

Oh yeah, I totally forgot how the default semcphone is white, only the "call settings" is black which I've been trying to mod into white.

Me too, even I simply decompile and recompile the apk without touching anything recompilation will still fail.
Anyway, I've successfully mod Bluetooth>Show received files, Media server settings and USB Connectivity to white, what's left in the Settings that are still black are Portable Wi-Fi hotspot settings, Face unlock, Google TTS settings, Settings for Pico TTS, Backup & reset>Settings reset, and probably some pop-ups warning and settings that I never touch. And I'm trying to mod the Sony Backup and restore app into white but not successful.

This is a theme for Xperia stock roms and it supports most Xperia devices.
Launcher icons are not mine (Elun icon pack from Play Store) but eventually I will include themed icons.
Installation instructions:
1. Install Xposed Framework (see http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1574401)
2. Use the Xposed Installer app and install Serajr Xperia Xposed (see http://repo.xposed.info/module/com.serajr.xperia.xposed.kk).
3. Enable the module and reboot.
3. In the installed Serajr app go to System -> Enable customisation -> Enable "Super User Mode". Reboot again.
4. Install latest Sleek Theme found in attachments.
5. Go to Personalisation and apply Sleek Theme.

You need rooted device and patched services.jar (superuser mod)

All my themes are working on Z2 as well so you can add that device to OP.
I'm sure it'll work on Z2 if you have xxhdpi assets (and you have)

I have rooted Z1 with superuser mod but i think that there is something really strange in my Z1. When I change themes some parts of it changes and some are the same as in the previous one :/

I think you should include flat icons for some apps, like MT Flat Icon, their icons are awesome!
Moreover, I don't like the accent colors chosen, for example in the Messaging app, it would be better if it was a real color (like the blue in the upper bar) and not a kind of gray...

Does not work well with Xperia Z ultra. It's not colourful like the screens you posted, I get a lot of black/

I have installed the Xperia Z3+/Z4 live wallpaper and replaced the default one then unrooted my device.
Also I want to ask you if would you like share me the default System UI only with your wi-fi and signal icon if they work with rooted device without superuser mode then unrooting?

Yes, theme has just a reference to the color. It should change, however as you said you have unrooted the device may it is causing the problem. Which color are you getting when you apply the theme?
Regarding the SystemUI, yes I will share it. But will you root again now to replace the SystemUI? Once you root your device again try to check the theme if it getting the incorrect color again.

I tried to apply the default blue theme and it changed to blue then applied see grean and it changed to Xperia™ (multicolor)
I may root it again to replace the SystemUI and to install the new PSN app if someone ported it but I will unroot it again because I don't want to lose the Remote Play feature
