CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

This is developed for the GSM 8GB version of Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini (GT-I8190), and tested when running I8190XXAMA2 baseband.
I'll only support this model since it's the only one I own, if someone wants to attempt to port this ROM to his model feel free to take my tree as base, but don't expect support from me.
I'll never recommend this rom for daily use, you'll use it at your own risk. I do this because I love to learn lots of things about Android.
Reporting Bugs
If you want to report bugs please read THIS HOWTO first. Please try to provide logs if you see errors (logcat and dmesg). If you don't know how to do that check google or ask people here to help you. Don't contact me directly.
Enabling logcat Logging (Windows HOWTO: How to logcat like a Pro!)

You are storing very sensitive information on your phone. You always have to be careful what ROMs you flash and whom you trust. If you don't trust me then don't use my ROM or compile it from source by yourself.
You can download the ROM here.
If you are going to host my ROM somewhere else, please let me know that on this thread or over PM, so I can add the link here also
This ROM is not meant for daily use!

Yes it is. And playback is fine. I just flashed 10 minutes ago, so i can't write much. The only thing that bothers me is the flickering.
EDIT1: sometimes when i click on camera icon i get a grey screen followed by a error message. But if i try again everything is fine.
EDIT2: Thanks for your work OliverG96

Im not sure, but is cm sending anonymous data? Mybe its a Trojan because of this?
Sent from my GT-I8190 using xda app-developers app

I allowed every CM in the past to send these anonymous reports. None was ever reported by Avast. I am a bit unsure about this, but I also trust in Oliver to not spread malware on purpose.

Any word on if bluetooth is working on manta/nexus 10 in 2.5?
Would we have to use the modified kernel with this ROM?
Definitely time to give this a try. I've heard great things.

First time on this ROM (coming from SentinelROM which had display issues) and I have to say, I love the fluidity the ROM has going for it. No issues to speak of so far but will provide feedback on anything I can if I come across any issues. So far so good!
Are there plans to keep developing this ROM? I notice very little activity on this thread.

Had same BT not working issue but it will be fixed in next release as mentioned. I did want to know, however, if anyone else is experiencing this: When I turn BT on (which of course doesn't work) then turn it off, the off button appears to be "blinking" as if it is going "on-off" really fast and I'm curious what this may be doing to the battery, if anything. It even kept doing that after I rebooted the tablet - the only thing that I can pinpoint as stopping it is a complete drain of the battery then recharging. I had my battery drained to nothing (not on purpose) and after a recharge, the "blinking" was no longer happening.
Anyone else experience this? Just found it really odd...

My B
Just flashed. Didn't realize this was the same as Xylon until I flashed and noticed the boot logo. Just a FYI, I still had to flash KT to get WiFi to work, just like I did with Xylon. Also, how come GAPPS is 200+mb now?
Everything looks great so far. still setting up.
Edit: Chrome doesn't work for me. Just crashes every time I open it, no FC, just goes back to home page. I removed it anyway, but just reporting.
Edit 2: Gallery just FC's for me when I try to go to settings. None of my pictures show up (can't change directory). And no 13mp picture size? and whenever you exit out of the camera app, gallery FC's
Edit 3: I don't know what happened on my first flash, but I wiped system (not data, since I had just damn well finished setting up my phone) and now gallery works, my pictures are back, and the camera works. It also has 13mp option now. Not sure what happened on the first flash, but now all is well
Edit 4: Just realized I didn't flash GAPPS on the second flash. Flashing now. Maybe it's something with the GAPPS package. Will report
Edit 5: Yup, it's your inverted GAPPS package that I'm flashing under the MBQ section. It flashes a different gallery and camera app.
And final edit: I flashed silm gapps that I had on my external SD card, and everything is working great still. I still have the camera app that gets flashed with the rom, and i don't have any of the other junk i didn't use in the GAPPS. So 100%, my issue was with your GAPPS package.
Is there a mirror avaiablle? Download time currently says 2.5 hours - I can try again later or if there is a mirror available? Would love to check this out....
Rom is very fast and after ironing out the issues from before I'm having no problems so far. Only question I have is, what's the difference between this and the other xylon rom in the nightlies thread

Great Rayman! If any help is needed please fell free to ask!
Keep in mind it is an EARLY EARLY alpha build.
Things are going to improve a lot in the next releases, as drastic changes are planned (mostly kernel-wise).
My exams will soon be over, then I'm going to have some more spare time for our Nozomi
Those of you who got lucky and own a Nexus 7 (2013), watch out for your development section, I am going to pop in there pretty soon
Most of my time will be dedicated to the Nozomi though, as the Nexus 7 hardly needs any work (Hardware works perfect just as it is right now).
Thanks Rayman for your hardwork!

Tried couple of 3rd party apps recording gets completed but file obtained is showing 0 bytes.
Anyway very good alpha built and after using it for 15 hours I think its almost a stable release for some users like me.
Thank you for dedicating your time for XS in your vacations and for your hard work.

Video recording is known bug already stated in OP

That guy's trolling :|
Still have charging problems... phone only charges when switched off bevore.
The problem is, the phone boots after a while.
When i connect the phone to a charger sometimes nothing happens.. sometimes the light turns red, battery circle rotates, but it doesnt charge.
When i connect to pc, i dont get MTP or Mass Storage.
I come from CM10.1. Whiped everything (system, data, cache, dalvik) then flashed rom and gapps from here: http://d-h.st/EIM
What can i do?
@RaymanFX, , you CM10.2 notified in the topic title.
Congratulations and thanks for your work. :good:

To fix charging and USB, I disabled USB Debug, then reboot. With that, everything looks fine now, but I can't use ADB commands.

If I only flash the rom I get FC on google keyboard and physical buttons don´t respond/work.
If I flash rom+ PA gapps+superSU 1.94, I get a ton of FC.
To developer, take a look please, rom looks great as long as you fix it. Thanks for sharing with us :good:
Rom looks nice but everything force closes on first boot. Please look into this!
Second boot?
Any Log cat?

Looks good, cant wait to try it out, thank you!
Before anyone says anything about it, Omni Switch is included but is not working currently as the default recents selector.
Otherwise, I've been running this since yesterday morning and haven't found any major bugs. 3g/Lte works, gps works (getting a lock on tw before flashing to aosp), bluetooth works. Of course with all 4.4 roms on our phone you must use CWM to flash.
As with cm11, Google search does not work with bluetooth. So far, everything else is great, thank you!
I'm getting system UIDs inconsistent. Anyone else?
Does it matter which gapps we use? I have the pa mini gapps

As long as it's Gapps for 4.4 it will work just fine. BUT if you want the dark switch compatibility you need to flash Slim gapps or any that have dark skin compatibility.
Anyone else having issues with headphones cutting out when the screen turns off, and then audio returning when screen is turned back on?
Edit: I've pulled a logcat and sent it to Deadman. After further trials, it seems that the audio works when started on phone's speakers then headphones plugged in and remains in app, even with the screen turned off. But the audio starts to cut when returning home from any music app (I've tested google music and pandora) and opening the app drawer, turning off the screen, pulling down the notification window, opening another app, but return to the home screen and the audio output resumes although the music has been playing the whole time.
2nd Edit: Figured it out. It has to do with the hotword detection, I turned it off and all the issues cleared up.
I had to disconnect my BT headset in order to get audio out of the headhone jack. When listening to pandora over BT, It would not stop when making a call, I heard the music playing alongside the ringer. I really like this rom, all the options and settings is awesome, hopefully the bugs get worked out.
I like the RIOM but I have gotten 4 reboots in one hour since installing the ROM..is this normal or is it just trying to get adjusted to my phone?
Not sure what's going on with urs but been running without any problems and zero reboots been running it for 2 days now did u load any stuff out of the ordinary

Not sure what the difference is with this rom compared to different kk roms but man the in call volume is way louder for some reason man this rom is been amazing
