I came across site that provides tools to re-size , sharpen etc & it works pretty well.

Or, you can use a program like paint, to cover the digitalblasphemy.com.

Minimums for HD:
1280x720 landscape
720x1280 portrait
I know the Note II can handle 1920x1080/1080x1920, but I don't really see a major difference among images...unless there's fine lines.
