[Q] i9195 - out going calls in a car over BT HF - Galaxy S 4 Mini Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi all.
Out going calls from HF do not work when I have my phone connected to my Volkswagen HF over BT and the phone is locked.
On my HF it shows message "calling" but after several seconds it faled. But when I unlock the phone the last call starts immediately.
In settings I have found "Device>call settings>accessories>out going call>'when phone is locked" Sorry it is translated from Czech so I do not known if this is correctly translated. But it doesn't work.
Everything works fine when my phone is not locked. And incoming calls works well too.
Any idea?

Bluetooth Handsfree problem

Hi All!
I just upgrade my MDA III from WM2k3 to WM2k5 (TuMA 1.4).
All looks very good, but I founf the following problem:
I configure my MDA to use bluetooth hadsfree. When I push the power button to switch off my device, if I receive incomming call, rings only device, but not my hadsfree. When turn on MDA, i see that chackbox indicating on/off bluetooth is unchecked, i.e. mu bluetooth is off. I need to check it again to enable communications between my hadsfree and MDA.
But when my device is turned off, this happens again. In this case i cannot use my bluetooth handsfree, I need to receive phone calls from MDA, and every time manualy turn on bluetooth.
Are there any solutions to fix this problem?

problems with bluetooth headset

Hello
i have a problem with my bluetooth headset. its a hama voice pro
mye phone is a htc touch pro
pairing works ok
if i klick on the phone button there is also a little headset icon so i suppose its in hands free mode.
but i cant receive calls, in fact if i try calling myself (from another phone) a voice tells me that i'm not reachable. like if i had no network.
if i then turn bluetooth off i'm reachable again and everything is fine.

[Q] Bluetooth connection dropping during phone calls

Hi Everybody,
I am having a strange problem:
I have several BT headsets connected to my phone. There is a JABRA Halo at home, a JABRA PRO at work and a CarKit in my car.
On every device I get connection drops on phone calls. I initiate the phone call and in the first 10 seconds everything is ok. Then the other party cannot hear me any longer.
If I switch to speaker and back to BT everything is fine for the rest of the phone call and in a time after the call for all further phone calls (it think if the phone is not going to standby in the meantime).
This happens with all ROMs I used. Original HTC, LeeDroid, ARHD, Beta 2.16 ROM. It happens also with all BT devices.
This is very annoying as I use my phone for business.
Does anybody have had a similar issue? Any solution?
Regards Frank

Bluetooth issues

Hello there, I am having a bit of an issue with my Bluetooth and I was wondering if anyone could help out a little bit..
As of a few hours ago, my bluetooth just dont work. Well I cant say that, it sort of works.. I can Raise the volume, End Calls, Accapt calls right from the headset itself, but for some reason the phone just refuses to dump the call audio and input to the bluetooth. Voice still comes out of the phone itself.
This is what I have
Sprint Galaxy Note 2 l900
Rooted with CM11 11/26 build
my Headset is a Blueparrot Xpressway
The Headset worked fine, flawless on the phone the entire time untill a few hours ago.. Any ideas ?

I would try restarting the phone. Also I find that sometimes if I turn on my headset before turning on BT on the phone the results can be flaky.

SGA5 2017 - disconnecting from BT, when start call

Hi, I tried to find something about the issue, which I have, but nowhere is the same problem, so I tried to create the new thread...
I have the company phone Samsung Galaxy A5 2017 (SM-A520F) with the stock ROM (now with Oreo) and I got the new company car with build-it bluetooth (Volkswagen). I tried to pair the phone with the car and everything looks good. A few first calls were without any trouble. But now happens very ofter (almost in 99% attempts), that I have connected phone to car and
- somebody call me
- I call to somebody (via touch on contact in infotainment in car)
- I call to somebody (via touch on phone application on mobile phone)
the call is starting and in the same time is the BT connection interupted. And there are two possibilities:
- BT on SGA5 is still turned on, but disconnected from car
- BT on SGA5 is turned off (somehow)
You can say, there is trouble with your car, but I tested is with the other mobile phone (Nexus 5X) and everything works properly.
That's why I think, that the trouble isn't in car, but in the phone. And of course I did the wipe of whole phone and after that I tried it again, but with the same results.
Does somebody the same/similar experience? Is there some solution? Because no possibility to call in car is horrible for me and I can only get a new phone in the summer (it is too long time without call from car).
Thank you in advance
