Technically speaking yes. It worked for me. But i don't take any responsability for bootloops caused by other apps.

Installation (From any other ROM):
Root your device and install ClockworkMod 6.0.1.4 Recovery.
Reboot into Recovery using 3-button-combo
Do a Nandroid backup!
Wipe all (system, data, cache) (full clean wipe is must needed)
Flash cm-7-XXXXXXXX-NIGHTLY-p350.zip
- (where X is date of the latest build)
Optionally install the Google Addon
Installation (Upgrade from previous CM7 builds):
In recovery:
Wipe cache
Wipe dalvik-cache
Flash cm-7-XXXXXXXX-NIGHTLY-p350.zip
- (where X is date of the latest build)
Note: If you installing this release 1st time and not format system. then plz don't make post about 'My phone is stuck at logo'. if you are on CWM you can format from mount&storage menu or if you are on Amon ra then you can use 'Debug-FormatSYSTEM.zip' file. flash this file before install rom.

Check the posts below for a solution / fix

Backup, reflash with a full wipe, check if the bug is still there
HOW TO REPORT A BUG
To be clear, posts without detailed instructions on how to reproduce a problem and without attached logs will be ignored.
Always provide android (adb logcat) and kernel logs (adb shell dmesg).
If it's a RIL problem we would need a radio log (adb logcat -b radio), too.

Facing Google Play FC? Follow this steps:
1.- Install Titanium Backup
2.- Make a copy of Market Updater
3.- Delete Market Updater
4.- Go to App Admin, Google Play

i don't think this need screens because evervolv look like stock aosp (that's the reason i wanted this rom)

Pecan, installed the rom from the cm4.3.0 without cleaning and the rom does not boot.we must do the same in the 3 wipes and runs fine.

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. A: Touch the 'Build number' seven times in 'about phone'. Then they will appear.
Q: Why no root access?
A: Go to Developer and Performance options, select root access and now select Apps and ADB.

A: Go to Data/media now move your all internal sd data to folder named 0 Means under /data/media/0 then you can view your internal sd data.

I just flashed it so can't really tell anything about battery, but it generally seems to perform better than CM12.
I can tell animations are even more smoother, and some ripple effects that used to stutter are smoother now.

What is that bad with camera2? just use a different camera application
camera2 don't have panorama which i need.. my favourite is snap camera, and always had problems trying to install it in roms that don't come with it, so i prefer roms that include it already so don't want to find another good camera app.. many have features broken, or ads, or are not free etc...

you mean the snapdragon port? it doesn't work well like the snap cam included in some roms, at least for me ;(
