How can i solved this?
My toughts go like in need the stock rom so i can install it whit cvm but where do i find it?
I have google a lot ....
Whit best regards
You need to fastboot flash the ROM's boot.img. As every unlock thread says, you need to do so for every time you flash a ROM.

Make sure you have TWRP installed and flash this system less root zip from here. Tested working on OOS 3.1.1/2/3

Your bootloader is unlocked. Put the phone into Factbook mode by using the menu when the phone first turns on. Download and Install this to your pc: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24521665358595410 (its drivers and stuff). Then download twrp: https://s.basketbuild.com/devs/dianl.../oneplus3/TWRP
Save the img file somewhere and plug your phone into your pc in fastboot mode. Open minimal adb fastboot from earlier and type: fastboot flash recovery PATHTOIMGFILE
Where path to img file could be c:\users\dave\desktop\twrp.img

Let me know if you manage it. Should be simple enough
You should use Grarak's TWRP. It's much more compatible with various ROMs.

I wasn't suggesting you do anything different. My advice was for the OP. It's just easier to do things right the first time.

I know, don't worry! I'm actually still hoping for a twrp that will let you back up EFS if one comes out. I have done it manually for now but it would be super convenient

We'll have that option when someone gets official build status. Efs backup is something you take for granted until you have an issue.

water damaged Pixel XL

Will a water damaged pixel XL still allow me to enter bootloader mode ?
Just wondering if anyone here had a pixel that took a dive and knows what the deal is. Thanks.
And it's supposed to be water damaged, can't enter recovery or flash anything via tool kits
I would think water damage would just kill the device. I have no idea why it wouldn't let you boot into recovery.

I even get as far as android boot screen and the ram dump thing. As if it's bricked. But the toolkit does nothing.
The one I cannot enter it fastboot mode ? Where the Android is upside down. Power + volUP dunno why either.

It's unlocked just try flashing a factory image with the flash all in fastboot. If that works the phone may boot up for you.

Nah, this also gets me into a bootloop.
The only place I can get into is bootloader mode , and the PC chimes recognizing it. The toolkit recognizes it too.

I'm.wondering if the "boot slot a" is what's killing me. Something in "b" ?
The toolkit says it flashes both a and b, but it only boots from a, and craps out.

Ok, I can restart bootloader from there, but cannot enter recovery. Goes into bootloop.
I thought fastboot was the volUP + power. Where the Android is upside down with the exclamation mark . Which I cannot get into.

No once you're in bootloader you can use fastboot commands. All you need to do is boot to bootloader and run the flash all. It's very simple.

Flash all on the toolkit ?
I'll try that, I'm sure a lot of the flashing looks like is going through, but when it's time for the phone to restart, NADA.

No flash all using fastboot commands. I don't use toolkits and don't recommend them. That flash with the kit might be failing. You need to use fastboot to ensure it's properly flashing.
