A ROM that we want it to be. Smooth. features. Creativity. Without those in the credits in the box, i guess, you won't see this ROM being a combo.
What is Xylon?
A Generally based of many kinds of features around the Android Development and fits into minimal customization. It may act up like AOKP, but totally not at all. Overall, we're still in work in progress state of changing the base to slightly minimal like FNV before. This ROM is built off with GCC 4.7, O3, Linaro Strings enabled. (Galaxy Nexus Kernel, fusion with anarkia's horn, O3 and Linaro GCC 4.7.3 enabled.). Feature list will be available in the 2nd post. Changelogs. We don't usually write up but we will starting builds of 2.2.

no idea what this is, but gonna give it a go (since doesn't seem much is happening with crdroid which is my favourite rom so far)
Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk 4

running good so far... didn't notice any issue until now.
coming from liquid smooth, which imo is very similar, noticed a couple of differences in speed. scrolling is much smoother with xylon. overall speed/response of xylon is also better.
but in some cases i notice a really small lag, like when opening apps in app manager.
keep it up

I'm sure it can be done by modding the Apex Launcher apk but I wouldn't recommend doing that since you will probably lose your mod on every update. I think that if you enable the persistent search bar in Apex Settings> Homescreen Settings> Persistent Search Bar> Always and select the style ICS you will get something like this

The minimal gapps just points to the latest gapps from http://goo.im/gapps. Only reason i say minimal is because it doesn't have the gesture keyboard and a small amount of google apps.

Hey guys, a minor update. I've been sick with the flu for a while now, just finally got over it. Working on porting over the Quick Settings Toggles when I have free time, sorry it's taking so long. Biggest new feature is the source code is now based off android-4.2.1_r1.2.
Let me know what you think!
New build up based off of android 4.2.2 source, with customized quick toggles! Check it out!

Sorry, should have been a little more clear, the toggles are "customized". With android 4.2.2, they added long-press toggles for WiFi and Bluetooth, which seems a little counter-intuitive, so I switched them around so clicking toggles them and long-press opens the settings panel.

By the way, the only bug in this ROM I found is the camera. It won't work. But you can download the nexus 5 camera app (use Google to find the app) . After installing the app, the camera is working!

That's a feature of Google Experience Launcher. Move an icon to the right to create a new page.
Or download a launcher from the APP store like Themer/Nova/Apex/S and 20 others

Great first KitKat Nightly Guys. No bugs, lags, freezes, glitches or reboots so far after a couple of days of use with ART enabled and default kernel. Xposed framework with Gravitybox working perfectly (Except Quicksettings toggle settings in Gravity box, because of AOKP's own Quicksettings options as i was told). Beats+Xlouder mod by Misledz is working great as well. :good: Thank You

This is CandyKat. Built straight from SlimRoms source with commits from a variety of different sources/ROMS. We wanted to give the users a fun, fully customizable ROM. We have also come up with the Candy Sweetener Pack. This is an Aroma installer that is full of delicious treats. Inspired by the CandyShop thread on XDA it has everything from glow dots to halo mods.

This is outdated for our newest builds but I'll leave it up for now if folks need it for older builds.
Candy Kernel
Here's a little something to sweeten up your candy!
This is compiled using the GCC 4.7 ToolChain
From CyanogenMod source using the m7 kernel source!
Compiled by a great guy named Disconnecktie!
DOWNLOAD: Candy_Kernel
CyanogenMod source: Can be found here!
FYI: This kernel should work just fine for any aosp ROM. Its use is not limited to just CandyKat.
Credits:
Disconnectie for sharing his kernel while teaching me to compile my own!

CandyKat is everywhere!!
Nice work!
I didn't have time to add anything special to this kernel yet. Be expecting more options in the future.

Yeah man me too. that's why I decided to build the old kernel. The slow unlock and keyboard lag drove me crazy.

I can't say enough about Slim. I've been using it for several months, picking up a new update every Sunday (or Monday).
One discovery I just made is the ability to remap the otherwise useless HTC Logo to act as a Menu button, which is useful for older apps that do not offer the (now standard) three-dot menu invoker.
I'd have expected to do that under Settings->Navigation->Hardware Buttons, but it's done elsewhere: Settings->Advanced options->Device->Touchscreen->Enable.

Is there anyway to get rid of the screen on delay?

I made a kernel from the old m7 cm kernel source to fix that but it breaks call audio. It'll be like that until cm fixes their new kernel or until I have time to work on that kernel some more.
