That's because you uploaded it and only you can get it. The file isn't available for the others because you might haven't asked for permission from the rom creator or because you haven't added credits. And he reported you so mediafire removed the file or just made in unavailable for the others. By the way the ROM is good looking I'll test and report for any bugs when you fix the link. Just reupload it. Also try to make this topic a bit more informative.

you can use Turbo ui4 with my JB SuperSlimGapps too.. and Turbo Kernel v3.1 is also included.
I also believe the original turbo kernel works better cuz it has lower System memory and we need more on data partition than on system as all system apps if updated anyways use data partition.

2. delete only SecNoteMyFiles.apk from system/app

Do you mean another Motorola device like Moto G2 or G3 or G1? I guess no. Hardware and software differs a lot. It would lead you to a softbrick or a hardbrick.
