So I have a WIND variant S4, M919V (identical to TMob M919) and I wanna remove all the lame bloatware. Is there a list I can use to help list off all the stuff I can remove. Im also using TiTBackUp to remove most and maybe freeze a few... good idea?
I would start with removing all your carrier apps and then remove Chrome, TripAdviser, ChatOn, and especially Lookout.

Some carriers apps you got to be careful on. With T-Mobile here, you can remove the carrier IQ. I had the S2 model SGH-T989 which at 1st you couldn't remove the carrier IQ. Now you can on this model.

Quite Frankly, This Removes Every Useless App that came with your phone STOCk, now of course most of these can be downloaded form the app market.. Except for the stock samsung apps . Like S_Translator, Optical reader and whatnot. the rest, you'll most likely never use. Your gestures and samsung gimmicks still work perfectly.

I would probably only keep those two you mentioned, S_Translater, and Optical reader. If Im correct, Optical Reader is a nifty app that lets you scroll over words and what not and gives a definition and even has a voice to show pronunciation, and this is for several languages too.

Out of all those, I only keep SamsungOCR2. SamsungVideo SecVideoPlayer, I don't use S_Translator so I don't keep it, and I delete everything else.
Don't Forget That Thanks Button, Really Need Them.
Theres an app/icon now called "google settings" and I cant seem to find it on the TITBackup listings to remove it.. any ideas?

one mans crap is another mans... well its probably still crap but they might use it... thats why i was wondering if there is a list where the app dependencies are listed.... not a big deal..just a wish
So what would be the most painless approach to remove these apps? I'm not an expert with Titanium Backup, but can it be done through that app? I disabled most that I could through app settings. But only a few could be disabled.

Is that why its soft bricked?

It's based off the list proved a few posts back. My guess is you didn't have a launcher installed besides touchwiz

That's gotta be it. I have always used Apex Launcher.
Here is a list of Apps that can be removed from the S4 Mini GT-19195
Please make a backup first on your device or onto computer incase you have any problems...
I have marked the Apps that I have deleted with no issues as you may want only some of them kept
Used Root Explorer to delete apps and copy them to your own location
Make sure you Delete the .odex file too
Reboot device when done

When youre removing the AllShare functionalities, note that you wont be able to tether wifi as AllShare is the program being used for that by samsungs standards.

That may depend on the version of phone as i dont have any problems tethering with the files removed

The newest version of CleanMaster has a list of Apps that can be disabled. Just go down the list, disable the ones you do not use, quick and easy.

you dont have to remove every app listed above to improve your battery life but I deaktivated Samsung Account and Samsung Store and a few more Samsung Apps and it helped.

Well know im.good but i deleted something that now wont let me customize my locker i cant put any text on tjhe locker. Did you have any idea wich app manage the locker customzation?
the easiest way to find out is to restore your deleted apks and see which broke the option.

I have installed CWM and Rooted my i9082 successfully and want to know the exact apk names of bloatware.
Please anyone can list the bloatware?
* Don't recommend me to install custom rom ( i don't want to do that)

You can disable any samsung bloatwares like chaton, Samsung apps, s voice, s memo etc.. But don't disable anything like "com.android"
And also one suggestion you can use Titanium Backup pro for freeze or remove any system apps or bloatwares...

Ya thanks. but can you list all the bloatwares that are safe to remove? I have installed Root Uninstaller and want to uninstall all of the bloatware

Important:
If you are going to delete bloats on a Samsung Galaxy device, make sure you also delete a file called PreloadInstaller.apk or most deleted apps will be automatically re-installed by your device on the next boot.
Warning:
In a feat of getting rid of the bloat apps, people often delete apps that serve some essential function or assist some other important apps in running properly. Therefore, we advise you to copy each and every APK file to the external SD card (and also on your computer) before terminating it. In case you discover an issue with any function or service on your device, you can restore the corresponding APK back to system/app directory.

After rooting and removing bloatware, I cannot use the polaris viewer. I have not deleted the polaris apk. However I did remove many things related to samsung. Everytime I try to open a pdf or word file it says polaris has stopped, and when I view the polaris app on the Play Store I get the following message: "Your device isn't compatible with this version". I get the same message for the "Samsung Video" and the "Photo Editor" app.
What apps should I restore.

I rooted my GNote 3 neo SM-N750 yesterday and removed all bloatware.
After that when i connect my phone to pc, pc recognizes that it is a samsung device but it dosent show up the file partition.(i tried reinstalling the drivers)
pls help me solve this issue.
