Thanks to MBQ_ for giving me a free space on his awesome FTP server:
MBQ_:
I'd greatly appreciate it. If I can get a monthly donation income of at least 8$ USD a month, I can link it to my PayPal, so no money has to come out of my pocket. If I can get a significantly larger income of 8$ USD a month, that could open up opportunities for dedicated servers, or improvements throughout the site including things like: Better download speeds, more FTP users, etc.

Hope you guys enjoy and of course clean flash is recommended!
Everyone who is going to flash this: before flashing read the OP!
Booting it up right now, I can't wait to see how it feels, even if it is pre-pre-pre-release.
First thing on boot
"android.process.media" force closed, is it normal?
After the initial FCs, it seems to be running pretty nice.
curious as to how this goes!

Ok, cool!
I dirty flashed this over stock JB 4.3 (wipe cache and dalvik cache)
Because there is a force closes:
android.process.media
Seems like Browser isn't working, but Chrome works perfectly.
Those minor issues should be fixed soon by the CM guys..
I update this ROM so long until the first nightly is out!

So, basically, standard CM 10.2 bugs (apart from the buttons waking the device up, which the commit hasn't been added, will be fixed in next build.. and the gallery not showing pics)
Also, aren't GApps a tad to big 257MB For PA GApss? (last I remember, was 85MBish for 4.3)

This is exactly what I do before flashing a rom: remove all this stuff. Thanks! Some more details would be nice though. Which version of mackay kernel are you using? The one with cma or the one without? What are the latest patches from cm you included (up to which day)?
Which patch sets are you using for Linaro 4.8.3 compilation ?
Also , download link is invalid

I've always been curious, does the linaro toolchain makes any real difference and why not use 4.8.3 to build both?

3 questions
1- did you included the apk on cm thread to solve the call delay?
2- can I flash this over cm and still get the same performance or should I wipe the device?
3- is it worth flashing the linaro 4.8.3 kernel on this?
Thanks
Ps: you should also remove the movie studio and cell broadcast...

Hi djdeeles,
I'm trying your ROM.
1 - All wipes + flash your ROM and Gapps
2 - Odex system
3 - Switch on ART mode
4 - Reinstall my apps with TB
5 - One of the best ROM I've ever tested :good::good::good:
Have you find the Graal of Kitkat
By the way dont use art mode it decrease performance on galaxysmtd.
And on kitkat odexing not effects performance because it uses classes.dex.

What was. Your old. Rom
Very smooth so far! I would love to see this ROM go further and more features added!
The only problem I ran into was the quick toggles not working properly.
Not a huge issue for it being in Beta though!
---------- Post added at 06:07 PM ---------- Previous post was at 06:06 PM ----------
Oh I know for most this goes without saying on an Omni based ROM, but you may want to add the step of flashing 4.4.4 gapps in the download instructions
