OnePlus One CyanogenMod 11S for the Oppo Find 7a
People with much better skills and more time on their hands than me have been doing great work on this after I initially posted it. I am updating the OP with their comment. Please give all credit to them.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR INTERNAL MEMORY USERS (10GB Storage)
1. Install TWRP Recovery
2. Install cm11s-oppo-find7a.zip
3. In TWRP Recovery do... Wipe -> Advanced Wipe -> Tick System, Cache and Internal SD -> Slide to Wipe
4. Reboot System
INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXTERNAL MEMORY USERS (as much storage as your SD-card can offer, for me thats 128GB)
1. Format your SD-Card as EXT4 and plug it into your Find 7(a)
2. Install TWRP Recovery
3. Install cm11s-oppo-find7a.zip followed directly by sdcard-data.zip
4. In TWRP Recovery do... Wipe -> Advanced Wipe -> Tick System and Cache -> Slide to Wipe
5. Reboot System
Final Notes
This bundle includes the first two OTAs from the first page of this topic, a bunch of sensor configuration changes to fix the sluggish behavior of the GUI and the slow (un)locking of the screen as well as the proper Find 7(a) radio binaries to give you proper reception.
The Back Camera is still upside-down with this package and just like many other people in this topic I'm still researching why that is the case / how to fix it. Truth be told though I think someone else will have it figured out way before me!
Also - this ROM is meant to work with a "unified storage" at its core.
The basic installation will use the internal /sdcard partition as its unified storage (rather than the leak on page 1 which uses /data) giving you 10GB of unified storage for both your apps and data.
If you need more storage, you can flash the optional sdcard-data package which will use your external SD-card as the unified storage for apps, settings and data.
To do that though your SD-card has to be EXT4 formatted, I suggest using Ubuntu plus the gparted Tool to get the job done, a live-boot-disc is enough to do that.
As for me, I highly suggest going the SD-card unified storage route, its damn nice having 128gb of unified storage to work with.
Also, should you ever need to back your data up all you have to do is pull the SD-card and copy it somewhere using Linux (all your data - and I do mean ALL - is stored on that SD-card after all thanks to the unified storage).
PS. Unlike what some other people have told here, using this build with the changed sensor configuration seems to run okay on FastCharging from what I can tell. Non the less please handle all of this thread's contents as early early alpha content and expect to run into bugs.
Should you find any, please report them and / or share constructive criticism on how to fix them.

I've got the ColorOS rom downloaded, so I'll give this a shot tomorrow after work and report back.
Doesn't look like there could be too much more to fix (other than optimizations of course) in order to get this ported completely...

rear camera can likely be fixed by using find7a's sensor conf

The OnePlus One is currently running a pre-production build of CM11S. This is another OTA to get bugs squashed before launch.

There is no need to download all updates. You guys can flash original 1+1 recovery and then you get all 1+1 updates OTA.

Yeah, that's what I did.
I reflashed after copying the zip to my sd card, and now it booted up.
EDIT: Here's something I just figured out. The rom bootloops if you install Gapps.
EDIT #2: You can install the Gapps using the "Google Installer" app which is found in the MiMarket.

Does the Google framework works normal? I've heard from Facebook xiaomi Group that Google framework not working normaly, like play store force closed. Can you confirm that?

I've been running the rom for a while now, the only problems I've faced are:
1) No deep sleep unless CPU governor is set to "Ondemand".
2) WiFi speeds seem to be a little lower than on stock, but this might be placebo.
Coming to Play Store and other Gapps, I haven't had a single problem with any of them!
They run like a dream
If this is just the RC, then I'm extremely excited for what the Stable version will be like

how did u install gapps ? asking this bcoz after i flash gapps file it's bootlooping.

Why I can't flash the OTA updates, or the rom is unusable after OTA update?
If you try to flash the OTA From Update App by MIUI, it may fail because i change some file in the system folder. You can maybe do the update but the rom may be unstable or my addition to the rom is lost. I include an App for my own OTA update package (OTA Update) in the latest build - or - You can flash the new version available in this post without any wipe until i say you need to do it.
How's the performance and battery life on this ROM?
No lags in the UI and battery life is very good.
Should i switch to 3G Network, i prefer old and slow connection for my use.
By default i enable LTE all the time (as soon you can have it near you), if you prefer to have a 3G data connection, just go to settings, network and change prefered network to 3G
!!! WARNING !!!​​​If for some reason you want to switch to 4G after, you need to select it, but if you reboot your phone it don't stay to 4G anymore

Does MIUI have Internet/WiFi calling (SIP)?
Yes it does. Go to Phone/Settings/Call settings/Internet calling and add an account.
I don't like the Google Keyboard included.
You can download an alternate keyboard from Google Play: swiftkey, swype, touchpal X ect...
The Weather app is not accurate (localisation error)

How can I add new mods i.e. hide the clock at the taskbar, add APM etc.?
With WSM Tools v2.3.5 include, just download some module. Instructions how to use WSM Tools see here.
I can't seem to find a setting to let me download large files over 3G/4G.
Open the Downloads app and go to Settings. Set the "Data usage" to unlimited.
I have just follow the instruction for installing, and i'm only getting "H" for my signal.
Go to dial app and type *#*#4643#*#*, go to phone information and select "LTE, GSM/WCDMA", you should be in 4G (if you provider have it) and normally it should stay after reboot in 4G

Because the new version is a "all in one" it will be better if you do a full wipe. So backup your data first is advise.

Like the one by Ry09iu (this rom is based on it) it's not compatible with the MT7-L09 (single sim), i've got the same "com.android.phone" Force Close problem every 3 secondes. and after that the phone have network and lose it every 2 seconds in endless loop.
Inusable for now on MT7-L09.
I revert back to my Backup :d

How To Install Rom :
1.Download the rom from above.
2.copy it to sd card.
3.boot into recovery mode with twrp(recommended).
4.wipe data or factory reset.
5.now navigate to install from sd card i.e flash the rom.
5.you're done
First boot will take 8-10 minutes after rom installation.

Please give more specific details about bugs, changelogs, etc,. You said it was bugless, really that it has no more bugs beside the LED? Also is the SD Card Storage working ???

Root access on miui 7
1.First install the SuperSU app from play store or manually.
2.Then open it,after opening it will prompt to update binary,update it.
But in a min you will see update binary is failed DON'T WORRY just close the app.
3.Now Open the miui security app.
4.Then go to permission option in that security app.
5.In permission option their is root access option.In that give root access to supersu.
6. Now go back to SuperSU,it will prompt to install binary install it.
7.REBOOT THE PHONE..... NOW YOU CAN USE SUPERSU FOR ROOT ACCESS AS IT WORK IN EVERY DEVICE.

Can we select default storage disk as SD card???

Default write disk to SD is not available but otherwise the ROM is very good and smooth.If u want u can use viper4android to make sound quality brilliant. For that I am adding the package link to the thread soon.:good::good:

Osmmm rom installed it.. One problem... The battery charge logo when power off is slightly scrambled.. Can u fix it?

It is prob in boot.img cos after I reflashed stock boot.img it was fixed but u know the rom won't boot up I ..flashed it just to see where the prob was.. Thanks for osm rom BTW..

No I don't think so.. Cos in all MIUI roms I haven't seen this feature... Anyways I'm on stock firmware s152 . and I'm gonna stick to it till any new and good rom with default write disk feature

1.The new version means that,the other miui ROM for lenovo a7000 present on xda have version 5.9.2 but this ROM is 5.10.20/GLOBAL/beta.This rom is more stable and smooth.
2.As it is global version it carry many languages.
3.Move to sdcard function not present.
4.rear and front camera works fine
5.yes miui theme centre works.Many themes can be downloaded from theme center

How is the front and back camera wuality?? Is it better than the stock rom??

Hi, I have RIO-L01 single sim, but earlier I flashed B340. How can I flash B330. Force update doesn't work. Should I extract and flash with fastboot?

Downgrading from MM to LP
OK - i updated to MM & EMUI 4 with that update, then I found out a favourite camera app wouldnt run with MM but it does with 5.1 Lollipop - so tried to go back to LP , so copied the 5.1 LP dload folder to root but when I go into update, what have they done with 'local' update - it appears to be missing in MM Update settings, so now it looks like I cannot manually choose a dload folder from root any more?

1. download UPDATE.APP
2. Copy to ( ExSD) dload
3. Shutdown mobile and press power button and vol- vol +

Thanks, tried that secret number (**#*#2846579#*#**) and it didnt have any effect on my GX8 on MM - maybe the provider (tesco mobile) have disabled them secret codes on the phone.
even tried the codes on this site http://www.hardreset.info/devices/huawei/huawei-gx8/codes/and nothing happens on them apart from the IMEI *#06# one - shame because I would like to get to that menu you have listed.

No, both is possible (at least for the force update method, problably also for the local update).
Just make sure there is only one update.app present on your device at any time.

Do Not disturb (DND)
is DND working propery on MM on others GX8? - last night I set DND at 11.30pm and i set it to quieten from 11pm - 8am and at 11.30 the sounds were still enabled , and the ringer was on. Didnt seem to hane no effect even DND was enabled and set to 'no interruptions'

Thanks everyone I have successfully downgraded to LP from MM now. I had to put the 5.1 on a external SD card though, wouldnt take it from internal storage. - just tried Do Not Disturb (DND)feature again just a minute ago , still not working for me even in 5.1 LP , so i have just give up with DND all together and just downloaded Silent Sleep from google play store which works grand.
