Hey, My Note 2 Needs A Software Update (It has some issues) anyway, when i want to download from Sammobile, There are a lot of countries/carriers and there is no firmware for my country. so how can i know which firmware is English language? Much Help Would Be Appreciated.

Do you think that posting your country might help? Maybe someone knows something that you don't.
A lot of ROMS contain the English language, certainly ALL the European ones do. They can be identified by the CSC code which is a 3 letter code that identifies country/carrier.
You can find a complete list on Sammobile.
German ROMS are often most up to date and contain English. UK ROMS are guaranteed to contain English

I bought a Diamond phone which has German language. I can't buy a Diamond with English language in Germany.I would like to change the language into English. Could anyone help me how to do this step by step? Are there any problems if this changing process doesn't work.

Can I use this ROM image to flash German version of phone, without HardSPL? Is this a European version of ROM, that can be installed on every EU phone, regardless of language?
Please help, i realy want to buy Diamond - but don't understand Geman at all, and I'm afraid of "hacking" with hard-spl (at least for now).

If you wish to update a device with a different language you must use an hardspl hacked.
Or buy a unbranded one, in the language you want.

Of course you can, here: www.handit.de
They also carry the English version.
Switching from German to English is pretty simple though, you just need to use one of the cooked(or OEM) ROMs available here in the forum. Just make sure they're in English.
Btw: you'll loose your warranty if you're using a cooked ROM or if you're using a non-approved(for your region) OEM ROM, just make sure you're aware of it.

I think the KS20 rom is not released in hungarian. In Hungary, the shops are selling it with an english rom, which is turned into hungarian here in Hungary, so basically it's not a hungarian rom.
I think the story is the same with the Diamond...

Edit: However, you can change the language of your rom for yourself Google it, it's device specific as far as I know, and do it on your own risk!

You have to edit the base rom. You can find information about this here on the Xda developers forum
Edit: Do you need hungarian roms anyway? Because if these roms are in a language you don't know, the best option is to flash the devices with english roms, you can obtain those from the devices support sites.

Well I speak the 3 main languages ( English, Spanish, Hungarian) very very well so its not gonna be the problem... )
Just my girlfriend whos willing to use the LG KS 20 doesnt speak English nor Spanish...thats why I should get the ROM in Hungarian for Her...

you can flash another WWE (WorldWideEnglish) ROM on your phone. read the cRaCKwHoRe's Blackstone Flashing Tutorial, read it one more time and then give it a try. you'll need a laptop/computer to complete the task. good luck!

I bought my phone (Samsung A5-2017) during my visit in Iran. But later on, I realized that due to its specific CSC firmware some applications (e.g. Members, calender, lock screen clock) showing contents in Iranian (Persian) Language which i can't read. To solve the matter, Yesterday, I flashed firmware from officil firmware United Kingdom (BTU) but now the said items showing some European Language instead of English. Hello everyone, the LTE r825 version has just arrived, I thought it was going to be the French version, but when I turned it on ... my surprise was that it was all the language in German , when synchronizing it with the S10 the language has been changed to Spanish. But I do not see that you can activate the Samsung Pay anywhere, or press the back button, nor does it appear in the Wear app.
My question is, if you know how I can do to change the clock's CSC, someone told me that I needed two firmwares the Combination and the stock one.
