My One x was Optus branded. It has got Hboot 1.36 and the CID is OPTUS_001
Now having a look at the roms it says i need 1.39 but then when i look for it there is none for OPTUS_001
Is there a way how to get 1.39 onto my phone? I have been reading here the last couple of hours but can't find anything conclusive and rather ask then screw up.
Any help is greatly appreciated
Just install those roms...they are writing often min 1.39 but you could if there would be even with 1.30 you could use it...at least we need 1.3x

Yes, me too, I was in 1.19, then update to 1.28 vía Ruu using my pc, now have flash Pkmn Rom, but it is better to Have proper stock rom as base...

I'm afraid not. Until s-off and super cid is achieved you can only run RUU's including .980 in their description. Also, you can't run one with a lesser version number than the one you already have installed.
It appears that you have the latest Optus Australian release available at present.

I have the same issue, but right now there is no solution. Usually one can change CID by going S-Off but no one's figured out how to S-Off One V. As for original ROMs, you'll find a thread by football with a collection of RUUs including older CID 15 ("ARA") ones.
Hi guys, new to this forum and this is my first post. So here is the problem: i want to go back to stock after flashing custom rom on my ONE X, and my problem is my version main is 3.14.161.28 and CID is VODAP102 HBOOT 1.39. i cannot find ruu for my version so need help from you guys. I Have found vodap102 backup with version 3.14.161.27 and restored it but it seems there is no imei?? i have flashed boot.img and still.. maybe i need exact version-main but i cannot find one. HELP PEOPLE PLSS!!! :crying: :crying:

I have two HTC One X and one is from VODAPHONE UK and other is sim free, that is generic and on Europe RUU.
I have received update on europe a long time and my other One X on voda still runs on ICS.
How can update it manually or using RUU as I can not find file for VODAP 001 JB?
No ruu for latest...already tried manual search for its through settings/about? If not try....if already tried and not working then go into settings/apps and search in the tab "all apps" for google framework or something similar...delete from that the cache and for best from all google things and reboot phone and try to search again for ota...it should be found now...
