I dont think you ll find a touchwiz rom for the T999 with greek support, i havent tried one at least.
I m pretty sure cyanogenmod supports greek so you can try that and see.

[Q] Flash new firmware

Hi, I just bought a galaxy note II for hong kong but the firmware installed on it is one from chinese origin --'
Is it possible for me to flash an european firmware on it? I have many apps that come in chinese, and this sucks ><
Please help.
Samfirmware and grab a firmware from your area its a international note 2 so your fine

Like above said. Go to www.samfirmware.com, then go to "Firmwares and Files", choose Model and whichever country you want, and download it. Then, use Odin to flash it into your phone. Simple.
Your phone should be the international note 2. The model is "GT-7100 - Galaxy Note II".
Do you need to be rooted first before flashing a new ROM?
I am receiving a Chinese version tomorrow (UK), and was wandering if I could just change the CSC code and get get rid of anything that's in chinese language?
Thankyou

What you mean by international version?
What are the differences?
I ask because I am failing to flash mine and it might not be international (probably).
Thanks

If your phone doesn't have 4G (LTE), then it's the international version, GT - N7100.

Chinese System language?

Is it possible for the TMO Note 2 to have Chinese as the system language? Previously rooted and flashed multiple roms to try and find that one with the Chinese system language but no avail. Anyone know one with it?

There was onee in the note 7105 section from china. Any 7105 ROM will work if you use the tmo modem. For that matter any US version should work to.

i have recently read this post and I was hoping would this work?

[Q] How to find the old stock gingerbread 2.3.6 ROM? Serious mother-in-law problem.

Hello, I have a mother-in-law problem... so I guess you understand my cry for help.
I recently updated her Galaxy Ace 2 (GT-I8160) from 2.3.6 to 4.1.2
Something I shouldn't have done, considering the device being very slow after the update.
So now I am trying to find the old 2.3.6 firmware again, specifically for the Netherlands (XEN).
I have search pretty much everywhere on the web, but only find dead hotfile links that work no more.
I hope anyone still has the stock rom on their computer!

Thanks, Joop

I'm from the Philippines and I used the Italian XXNA1 (Latest stock Samsung 4.1.2 firmware) for a short time (test purposes..) before upgrading to CM 10.1. Was able to connect to our local cell network.

Vino Kulafu, would you mind checking whether the CM 10.1 ROM also has the language option for Dutch (="Nederlands")?
AFAIK all stock ROMs have all Latin-based languages, only a few stocks support Arabic fonts, Cyanogenmod has (at least) Latin+Japanese+Chinese
Anyway, for your original question, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2141930 (only after flashing that you could install http://d-h.st/QLZ -- less bloatware and doesn't default to Russian )

Many verizon phones have international languages I sometimes send phones to Poland and for example motorola phones do have Polish on there and b unch of others.
It's samsung phones that don't for some reason.
Try morelocale2 but you will need to give permission over adb and remember it won't 100% change the language only some parts.

Yeah already tried morelocale2. As you said its partial. And also you have to do the process every time the phone reboots.

That's weird when I used morelocale2 it would keep the language after reboot. I know when you go into languages you won't see your language but it would stay on there anyway..
