[APP][4.0+] Droid Remote Service - Remotely see what happens on a phone - Testing

Dear all,
I kindly ask you to test my new free App: Droid Remote Service.
The application allows users to share their device screen with friends or technicians.
The main advantage is that it creates screenshots that can be viewed by anyone with the proper private link.
No need to install anything on clients: just use a web browser.
Here the G+ community:

And here the beta testing link on Google Play:
https://play.google.com/apps/testing/nicolaottomano.droid_remote_service
NOTE: ROOTED phones required.
Thanks to all people that will try my app.
Regards,
Nicola

How to use twitpic and twitter api to post pictures

Hi all,
I am a student developer and finally on vacation so I started working a really simple app to try out visual studio and the wp7 dev environment. So far its been pretty great and I have most of the app working. However I'd like the ability to have the user tweet a photo to twitter. I know I can easily share links using the built in share api provided by Microsoft which lets users tweet using their built in accounts without me resorting to using twitter Oauth apis etc however with photos I would need a link.
Any ideas or guides on how to integrate twitpic or yfrog or similar photo service into wp7? I am looking around the web but most stuff I find is either outdated or overly complicated. I dont need to read tweets, mentions or any of the hard core stuff. Just have a user tweet a pic. Perhaps I can use an api to send the image up to twitpic and they return a url which i can then have the user share using their built in social networks....
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

[Q] Interest in a security / privacy focused ROM?

Hello and good day,
I haven't found any approach in this and ask this to everybody here around. Is there any interest in a security / privacy focused ROM that has the following features:
internet traffic through TOR
GPG / PGP KeyChain with Apps that support GPG / PGP
no apps that are calling home in any way
no facebook integration (but still possible to use facebook chat with OTR encryption)
without google play (add on possible) and focused on free software
possibillity to encrypt the whole phone OR specific folders
possibility to encrypt SMS text messages
Skype / WhatsApp / ICQ..... alternatives with encrypted OTR chat possibilities
video calling alternative based on XMPP or SIP (instead of skype and general video calls)
The apps for this are all there as free software. I just would compile everything in one CWM-flashable ROM that's ready to use.
Interest anyone?
In the first thoughts the following software would apply:
Based on stripped down (because ram matters in terms of fc and huge games) CyanogenMod 9

I am interested in this! Even if there isn't much interest and you end up not making the rom, please post the names of the apps that it would contain for those interested

I wish this idea would kick into high gear. After reading "No Place To Hide", I think it's time for a ROM with enough encryption and privacy options to make all of us safe.

the thing is you would be forced to use other services than that you are used to and that are common. you would have to say goodbye facebook, google, instagram and i dont know what most people use nowadays to give away their rights. as you can see in terms of replys - there are nearly none. no one with this device seem to be interested about that issue.
you would need to use services like jabber/xmpp instead of skype for example and tell your friends about the opportunity. it would be in interest for everyone but the effort for most people is too big.
and what you say about a safe phone - it's not even marginal possible. you can just encrypt your data so nobody can listen what you do. as you use a phone you can still be tracked by your phone number, other services you use with your browser, by blind sms messages used by feds...
edit: just check the first post. there are some alternatives. you can modify your phone like delete everything with the name google, facebook ......... in it and services / apps that require authentication and are calling home. there are several apps you can use to delete system applications and services. then install some new apps via f-droid that respect your privacy like some i mentioned in the first post

Social Geek

Hello there!
My name is George, I am an amateur develeper and I would like your feedback on my application!
I've developed an app called Social_Geek. The app is designed to do the following
1) Lets you create a profile that can be retrived be others who have installed the same app and are in close proximity (bluetooth).
2) Lets you scan for other Social_Geek users to check their profiles, kinda like a local social network.
All these happen via bluetooth.
Check it out and tell me what you think, if you've encountered any bugs or simply your opinion!!
Thanks!

Google Allo

I just want to share the .apk file if someone want to try it. Enjoy
thanks for sharing.
I got some review for this chatting app:
1. Easy to use, i can easy connect to my friend (almost all of them have Google account so this is an advantage)
2. Video calling is quit good, i think it's better than Facebook.
3. Privacy issue: Again, i'm still working on it. Hope this app will be more secured than Facebook or Whatsapp
