Hello everyone.
I am trying to get into the bootloader, so i will be able to use fastboot commands.
Prior to post here i made a thread in the [HELP THREAD] but unfortunately since the person that tried to help me did not had this device, he couldn't help me, thus i'm posting here
So, first i tried to get into the bootloader by pressing the physical keys:
if power button and both volume keys are pressed i get into Android System Recovery(3e).
if power button and volume down key are pressed i get into meta mode.
if power button and volume up key are pressed i get into factory mode, which is entirly in chinese.
in all 3 occations, fastboot devices command did not reply anything....
Now the device is recognized by adb (i made the udev rule for it), all commands are working as should except one.
all except one: "adb reboot-bootloader" or "adb reboot bootloader" or "adb reboot fastboot" do not do anything. they just reboot the device into android os.
even "adb reboot recovery" works correctly...
Lenovo S820 is a new device. it was released in 2013, is it possible that it doesn't have proper fastboot mode??? or is it possible that it needs to be unblocked in some way???
What should i do?

Android system recovery <3e> options are:
reboot system now
apply update from ADB
apply update from sdcard
apply update from sdcard2
apply update from cache
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
in Meta mode just get this: Have been in meta mode, long press the power button and the normal boot.
factory mode (which is completely in chinese) has 8 options.

What did i do wrong? why no one is replying?
Does the need for the same device is so great???

I don't need a -like- guide how to do it, i just need some infos, tips and guidance.
I am new to android os, i don't even know what to search/look for, so i can start solving this issue...

My s820 is not broken. it's working like a charm.
my problem is that i can't get into the bootloader.
Is there a chance that the bootloader is blocked?
I also, honestly, do not understand why no-one is replying, i am not asking for a how-to guide, just for some tips/infos so i can start investigating how to get into the bootloader....

just install a miui v9 in your s820 then hold power button then click reboot then click bootlloader
watch how to install custom rom in any android
search how to install custom rom on android
miui v9 custom rom for s820 it has gapps so dont worry you dont have to download gapps
just search s820 custom rom then choose needroms then choose the one with 24 stars
so yeah just wait when you click bootloader until it says Fastboot Mode..... its in the lower left side

it is locked with security code at start up when power on the cell. i want to save my some important data like sms.

i want to know about any idea to power on the usb debugging, if not possible then

i made backup in sd card via recovery mode. i want to keep only sms record. in this backup sms also include or not?
if yes then did it possible after make backup i make hard reset to it and after hard reset open usb debugging and now retore backup and now usb debugging will be power on and now i am able to work with adb mode...........?

If you have a custom recovery installed,you can try this method(does not require root or USB debugging enabled).

(And to boot into fastboot you need to hold Vol Down + Power after the phone switches on).

i have only the way that is adb sideload for installing custom recovery
i tried both .img and .zip (version: 7.1.0.2 and 7.1.0.1)
sideload sending ok but installation aborted.

Method 1:
1. Download and paste the ozip file for realme 3 to sd card from here:

2. Insert SD card in your soft bricked phone
3. Power off your phone by pressing power button for sometime
4.
a. If you have stock recovery then do this step:
Press power button + vol down, it should boot into recovery. If it boots into fastboot mode, you have to do:

or
b. If you have TWRP or no recovery at all, then do this step:

Why when I download ozip I always get different md5 checksum? I tried different download manager and I always get different md5 checksum. Anyone has a mirror of any ozip file?
doesn't install stock recovery
When i install stock recovery and reboot to recovery it doesnt show anything and boot to system .That's why i cant install stock rom .i intsalled stock image too but get stuck on realme logo .But if i install twrp it works fine . Device rmx1825 . current rom:aosp gsi(buggy buggy buggy)

Problem regarding realme 3
Problem regarding realme 3 as my device is showing error of charging overtime and telling to contact realme. It happened when I relocked the bootloader, as I unlocked my bootloader yesterday and today I tried to root it using magisk_patched.img file and it showed error and therefore I relocked my bootloader and after that it showed the problem. And I added the ozip file in sd card and tried to recover it using color os recovery using install from storage device, but there from sd card option is not showing and I am not able to use my mobile phone and its urgent, please help me.

Were all the same problems facing rightnow. I recently flash the stock recovery and it turn to endless bootloop. Does one of us already fix the issue ? I can't boot to fastboot.
Theres only one left chance of reviving damage of phone software. JTAG is the best option . But JTAG is expensive. Better go to nearest cellphone shop and pay their fees.

Error' with Cant load system' image ( getvar variable not found)
Any solution please for my phone....

my realme 3 pro devise is stucked in twrp and bootloader after i flashed a wrong rom and after flashing the corrext rom also , its stucked..pls help
Can anyone give the link of recovery.img because in stock rom which i downloaded there isn't any recovery.img please help...... My stock rom is up to date
I wrongly flashed CN ROM instead of Global, now unable to enter in download/fastboot mode, its on boot loop, and I can enter only recovery mode. Tried wipe data, it is not fixing anything. Can't flash anything from ADB as it is not entering into fastboot mode. Tried to enter edl mode by pressing volume + and -, but port is detected only for a few seconds as no phone, and then disappear. Any solution?

Go to service center no flashing software develop yet..
