Not really All the Roger's Roms work with other carrier devices like att, bell, and telus.

Yes unlocked bl. Only Verizon has a locked bl.

GSM phones have a sim card slot, so unlocking them is a matter of unlocking the software to allow other providers. Our device is a CDMA phone, which has no sim card slot. So, no it isn't possible. Sorry:crying:

Yes. They're the exact same ones you buy at the Play Store. They're completely carrier unlocked and can be used on T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon out of the box.
