I have Been Trying To ROot My Htc Desire Hd for Over a Month Now !!! Now I Am Able To Unlock My Bootloader (Ver 2.00.0029)
I Have Been using HTc Quick Rooot !! But The Problem is Its Giving ME an Error Now !!
This IS The Error :
Checking Temp Root Access ... Failed
Universal Exploit Failed !!
Does Anybody Know how To Fix It !! Please !! Help Me !!! I Have BeeN Stuck On My Default Ver 2.3.5 For over a YEar now !! I am Pissed Of From This Version

I have no idea what HTC Quick Root is, but I'm assuming it gets S-Off.. If you just want to run custom ROMs, you don't need S-Off. Just flash a recovery image from fastboot, then install a ROM zip from recovery, then flash the ROM zip's boot.img from fastboot.

3 days age i bought htc desire
Hboot 0.83
rom : 1.19.707.7
i try to install farsi language on it but i cant .my friends says you shod root it , and i root it.
i download android 2.2 for my device but i cant install (because of root)
i download farsi application and copy on sd card then from boot loader i install it
it says complete , from that moment when i turn on mobile it stays on htc logo!!!!
i went to boot loader and rty to fix it bud i formated system and boot and data and ..... i formated all things ! and from that moment when i turn on my device it stay on boot loader !
i downloaded rom and radio( rom basted on 2.2) , i install them from boot loader , it says installation complete but after install i press Re Boot and device a gain goes to boot loader !!!!
please help me !!!!
Wait if you root your device you can't get updates?

yah i said just i can download update ( 2.2 )
i download and install custom rom this rom basted on froyo 2.2
rom info : Official Relase ROOTED 2.12.911.1 Froyo 2.2 Asia Rooted

I could try o help you but I dont really understand your problem. What ROM were you using when you root your phone was not it already the stock froyo ROM?
What your friend told you I beleive was that you should ONLY root the phone and then you would be able to install persian languague.
But again I dont really understand your problem. Try to be a bit more clear and if I can I would try to help
First of all I wanted to install farsi language on my phone but I couldn't. Someone told me that I should root the device in order to install farsi. So I rooted my phone. I copied farsi langage installer in sd memory card and installed it using boot loader (like the instructions). It gave me success message but when I rebooted the device it got stuck on HTC logo. To solve this problem I formatted system,data,boot,... from boot loader. After that whenever I trun on the phone it goes to boot loader. Then I tried to install a coocked rom based on froyo 2.2 (I couldn't install the official rom because I had rooted the hone) using sd card. It gave me installation complete message but when I reboot the device it goes to boot loader. I also tried to install an official rom using RUU but it gives me no usb connection error despite I installed the usb drive and it recognizes the phone as "android 1".
Please help.
Just replied to you a PM, try that if not you might consider unroot the phone I can help you if that is the case also.

as stated in the subject i unlocked my htc explorer(pico) bootloader from htcdev.com but i want help reg. how i can now root it .
please guyz any help/suggestion highly appreciated

It's great that 2.3.5 root is available.
BTW A310E is not listed in HTCDev as a supported device, is there a workaround for official S-Off? Can you share the XDA.CN process?

Though this device is not listed in HTCdev.com but it is working on this device. It don't give s off for any device but just unlock boot loader so that u can flash custom recovery
Xda.can has custom recovery for a310 , its based on gem just flashed that a and manually pushed such and stuff and chmod them .
I can shared the whole as guide if someone need it . No problem in that

Can anyone get me an official rom update or even the original stock recovery.img file for htc explorer/pico......I havent installed any custom rom and still have my original htc explorer rom......I have just installed the clockworkmod recovery and I need to get it UNINSTALLED but for that it requires me to have an official update for htc explorer or the original stock recovery.img itself.....so plzzz if anyone has the required files or any other solution for the problem plzzz help me....

my bootloader is unlocked but son hboot 1.09.0009 and 2.3.5..i m getting error 190 and recovery doesnt appears.
i think because its not possible to root with hboot 1.09.0009 or 2.3.5.
i want to downgrade i searched forums but was not able to downgrade it always gives error
can anybody help me plz i didnt unlocked to void my waranty but to root it and ya supertools not working wfs manager too not working plz help
its about monts i am trying and trying .any help would b appriciated.

Which Rom do you wanna flash? If you're moving to a custom Rom, the root application is in the Rom. If you want root access in stock Rom then you have to flash root.zip

First step if I were you is to relock your bootloader using the process on the htcdev.com website.
Then, using Football's RUU collection, update your phone to the latest stock radio and hboot. You may need to use a GoldCard, use Google for this.
Remember, you MUST lock your bootloader again for the RUU to work.

i guess you have wildfire s 2012 model.
you need to install modded recovery then you can able to root.

(i m not sure,you needed this because you can root with upon mentioned guide.if you bought your phone in 2012,its different than previous models so you can't downgrade too i guess,so first try that rooting method for caution purposes )
I have tried to find on htc chinese website can't find it and I tried to install with the ones on this forum and it always says failed or there is no os you sure you wanna reboot and then it bugs... I need help plzzz!!! I want a ROM that I can install and that it would say sucessful !

guyz i am having trouble . i had maximus HD rom NEw layout with twrp 2.8 recvoery .
I tried to flash this rom again but it didnt work and corrupted my recovery too.
i hve tried flashing new recoveries with fastboot erse cache method but didnt work. Now i have no rom and recovery is keep rebooting .. .. If somene can helpe me please.. Please also tell me the RUU of Htc oneX 1405 chinese region .because i cant find it anywhere.. and my phone is S ON and I cant turned it into S OFF for RUUS because i hve no rom.. please please help me in finding my RUU 1405. i hve searched the internet .but unable to find it.
