A lot of people in other Samsung forums brought back their device even with the knox counter tripped and it doesn't seem like most T-Mobile store employees check for it. I have heard a lot of people in the note 3 forums who brought back their note 3 device and all was still good.

All knox apps in the rom has been removed, that is the main thing that is suppose to be done. The knox counter is just something hidden in the kernel or modem that just shows if your device has been modified or not that's it. The kernel showing enforcing wouldn't matter for now, I have modified the kernel so it could be set to permissive the same way like I did in my note 3 kernel, but it seems like it still shows "Enforcing" even though in recovery it says, "The Recovery Is Not Seandroid Enforcing."

Yeah jovy that's what I've been reading too. Last time I sent in a phone with t mobile they scewed me though and I got billed 150 on my next bill and they couldn't explain to me why, just said the return center denied the exchange even though it was back to stock, just the screen stopped working for no reason. Just don't want that to happen again

No rom includes the modem because those stuff will cause a hardbrick since some people flash roms that is not based from their carrier's firmware like ATT users flashing T-Mobile roms and etc.

i flashed it using clockworkmod i did a clean install did the wipe . everything loads up fine and boots but the WIFI is NOT working,

I agree that flashing modems usually is not a very good idea, and the phone can be
bricked (soft bricked) if someone does not know what they are doing.
But the new Odin flash Tmobile S4 M919 4.3 firmware (sammobile) was specifically
intended and designed to work and be used with our M919 Tmobile Galaxy S4 phones
and the stock firmware does have the new 4.3 modem included in the official M919
Odin flash firmware.
So how can it brick or not work properly in our M919 S4 phones?

Alpha has reached its life expectancy. Alpha has evolved to Nemesis. All future updates will be Nemesis. There are a good amount of framework changes and tweaks vs Alpha. well thats not completely abnormal...can't say i counted but after the interesting song from the first boot, it sits maybe 2-3 min after that. Lol so all depends on the initial boot sound,, which i haven't timed lol

Since the ROM don't have the bootloader since I'm already on 4.4 via Odin I'm currently on xnote v12 international ROM. I have NB4 Bootloader already so should be good to flash right?

Reboot

Place The Rom & Update Into Your SD Card Or Internal Storage.
Now Reboot Into CWM Recovery.
While In CWM Recovery, Wipe "Data/Factory Reset".
Next "Wipe Cache Partition".
Go Into "Advanced" And Then "Wipe Dalvik Cache".
Go Into "Mounts And Storage" And Then "Format/System".
Install Rom
Reboot Your Device.
Once Rebooted And In The Setup Wizard, DO NOT TOUCH For 5 Minutes!
After 5 Minutes, Reboot The Phone... DONE!
