I am about to purchase a galaxy note 2 but it is only for AT&T, and my service is with tmobile.
I'd like to know if I can unlock the device for my tmobile service.

I have a chance of a Galaxy Note II on the 3 network for £375 but am on Giff Gaff (O2 network) and am curious as to whether the phone will be unlocked or whether it is possible to unlock before buying?? I am UK based and so is the phone.

'm on MetroPCS and I want to move from an S3 to a Note 3. Now I've heard there are problems with KNOX so I don't know if this should be a deciding factor or not.
Should I settle for a Note 2 since it would be cheaper or should I move on to a Note 3. It seems finding one that's 4G and region free is impossible these days.
Has anyone here successfully used an unlocked Note 3 on TMobile for LTE. If so, can you link me the store.

And i have plan to buy Note 4 verizon by no contract.
Is it locked by Region Lock? Because I will using this phone when I came back to korea. (Korean phone price is very expensive )
Nor Verizon Galaxy S5 or Verizon Note 3 locked by region lock?
If region locked, can I insert VZW sim then make a call at least 5 minute or higher, unlock the region lock?

Note 4 is still new and not available yet to most region, so here is some info with note 3, read it and you decide:
