SNOTE 2 to Snote 3 - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 3

I bought a note 3
In note 2 I had saved lot of hand written notes and backed up on Google drive.
When I got note 3 there was no option to sync with Google drive. Only samsung and ever note.
So I copied the Google drive backup folders to the note 3 folder but unfortunately the snote on note 3 doesn't recognise the sub file it saves file in a different format now.
Has anyone faced this problem? And knows a work around?
Please help

[Q] How does one open S-note files directly from Google Drive?

Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone can get S-note to automatically open when you tap on an .snb file in google drive. Essentially, I want to create a file using S-Note (on my Note II), sync it to Google drive, then open drive on my Note 10.1, find the file, click and have it open in S-note. I had this working at one point, but I think when I installed Gmail downloader, this app became the default for .snb files in Google drive. Now every time I click a file, Gmail downloader opens. Gmail downloader isn't set as a default. I uninstalled Gmail downloader. No change. I uninstalled drive. No change.
The note 10.1 is still on ICS so S-Note cloud sync through Samsung account is not yet an option, despite being available on the Note II.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
thank you kindly
I write SNotes on Note2 and Note 8.0 and sync between the two using DropSync ... works perfectly (you don't need to use Google Drive)
- On Note 2 Phone : two way Dropsync from phone's SNotes folder to my SNotes folder in DropBox
- On Note 8.0 Tablet : two way Dropsync from tablet's SNotes folder to my SNotes folder in DropBox
What would be perfect would be to find an SNotes viewer that worked on Windows (not Windows 8) .... anyone ????

[Q] Two Snote apps, failure to discover notes

I just did a factory reset and my Samsung account is currently restoring my S Notes I had written. However, although the S Note folder in the internal SD card is becoming populated no notes are showing up in the app.
I checked all apps installed in the application manager and discovered that there are two S Note apps, one about 1.5 mb in size and one that is 7 mb. I tried to clear their data but S Note did not pickup my imported notes nevertheless.
Does everybody else have 2 S Note apps when looking in "all apps" in the application manager? Should S Note automatically pickup what is in the S Note folder in the internal SD card? I tried refreshing the app but that didn't help either.
I do. One is a very small file though.

[Q] Transfering old s note files to the new s note.

Is there a way to transfer the old s note files into the new one? I tried moving them over, but s note crashes when it tries to convert the notes. At one point it restarted without me even realizing until I found myself staring at the boot up logo.
I really don't want to have to export the notes one by one as pdf's and then import in my new 2014... I have too many notes for that to be a good idea. there must be a better way.
EDIT:
I've been working with the trial verision of lecture notes and I'm really liking it. So I'm hoping there might be a way to export multiple snb files to pdf?

I am very frustrated as well. I brought in my latest snb file to continue my meeting notes after purchasing the Note 2014, and the conversion was horrible. I mix my notes up with handwritten text, text input, and sketches, and the snb file converted is not even usable. I tried copying the old S Note app to the Note 2014, but to no avail. Does that mean going forward, my years worth of snb files are crap if I want to continue using the New 2014 tablet? Thank god I have the Note 2 to use for my old snb files for now. I had to export my latest snb file to PDF on my Note 2, then insert it as a new note in 2014, then add a new page, and it was ok, BUT, why should we have to do that for every file? I guess we will have to wait for root. Not happy right now!
samsung account?
What worked for me was to set my Samsung account to sync snotes on my note2. Then from the menu of the 10.1 2014, import from that account. After they were there, open each one individually to convert them to the new snote. Worked fine. Got the note3 the next day, and they were already synced no issues. You could try ever note from the note2 as well. Then the 10.1 2014. Hope that helps. Great feature to not have work.

[Q] Note II S Planner & S Memo

I really miss the old S Planner/S Memo from the Galaxy Note II which allowed the adding of post it notes on individual days in the monthly calendar view as well as the adding of S Notes to individual entries. Does anyone know if there is a port of these 2 apps for the Note 3 so I can replace the stock app with the Stock app from the Note II.
Thanks and any help is very much appreciated.

Note 4 S Note and Ext Pack

I looked at my account on the Galaxy Store and saw under all my apps that S Note was available. So installed it and the Extension Pack. Also recovered my notes from the Samsung backup / sync.
