Fresh installation:
LOCKED Bootloader
Flash official Sony's 4.1.2 6.2.B.0.211 with flashtool.
Root using DoomLord method.
Install a recovery.
Reboot in recovery, Wipe Data, Cache and Dalvik Cache.
Flash the rom.

Flash 6.2.B.0.211 kernel only with flashtool (see FAQ).
UNLOCKED Bootloader
Flash official Sony's 4.1.2 6.2.B.0.211 with flashtool.

Flash the rom.

FAQ
How to use Honami Camera to avoid force close, please follow this carrefully
- After the installation of the rom, install Camera widget.
- Click on the dinosaur.
- Directly click again on the dinosaur at bottom left and select manual.
- Never touch Superior auto or you will have to follow these steps again.
Until now you can use the camera shortcut normally
- These settings are not working, don't touch them:
- Stabilizer
- ISO
- Superior Auto
- 2MP
- DON'T ASK FIX! I will do when I will do if possible!
Some icons are missing on Home drawer.
Go in settings/apps/all and force stop of Xperia Home.
Quick settings are force closing...
Try to uncheck all toggles and reboot.
If it doesn't work, move a few toggles, let it force closing 5 or 6 times
My battery is draining fast?
Do a fresh installation, let the rom settle and charge your phone a few times to let the battery calibrate.
Use stock or Doom kernels, they are done by qualified people.
How to flash 6.2.B.0.211 Kernel with flashtool?
1) Download any FTF of latest 6.2.B.0.211 firmware and place it in firmware folder of flashtool.
2) Plug the USB.
3) Open Flash tool and click on the lightning logo.
4) Select Flashmode.
5) Select 6.2.B.1.96 firmware on left side.
6) Uncheck kernel, fota, data, cache & appslog on right side.
7) Select Flash at bottom.
8) When asked, unplug USB and turn off phone.
9) Plug USB again while you are pressing volume down.
Add ons
Advanced Stock Camera & Widget
This will replace Honami Camera by a fully fonctionnal stock camera with Superior Auto feature.
The camera widget is also replaced by a new one with:
Shortcut to Torch Light
Shortcut to same option as quick launch setting (The Video Camera).
1) Flash this in recovery: http://www.mediafire.com/download/awfybmc8ay1dlpm/Advanced_Stock_Camera.zip
2) Wipe cache and Dalvik Cache
3) Reboot
4) Go in settings/apps/all and clear data of everything related to camera.
TIPS: If you still have problems of force closing, better to do a new fresh installation of rom and flash this add on just after the rom installation before to reboot.

This rom was made for Xperia S, so, for ION it means you should have the latest JB kernel, 211. Remember, Niabok didn't do the port for ION...

what makes you think it wont work on locked bootloader? If its just a backup then i can easily restore. especially that rom is stock.

well just wanted to ask since i am thinking of changing rom.. but if the mod is the same and this has no other tweaks or anything else modded or other... then i might aswell just use the mod.

I usually do all of this before flashing miui rom.. Im bootloader locked.
But then it still not factory settings. All the folders from previous app are still there...
I meant how do i restore my photo album after that?
I agree with desperanto86. This is a rom for Xperia S with some minor adaptations in build.prop and script to get it installed. It would have been good if niaboc79 would have mentioned that. Screen rotations in the wrong directions and the problem with micor SD card are typical for Xperia S roms installed on Acrso S
No external sdcard? Damn, my 32GB is so precious xD Will wait for possible fix

Couple of questions:
1.) since this rom has the honami home launcher, will it have the force close bug if you have apps on the internal storage and not in the phone memory?
2.) Im, currently using nelikp's ported 96 firm for ion which has solved some of the issues i had on 211(some apps would randonly freeze for no reason, vol up bug is less frequent now, less launcher redraws), will there be a V2 of this rom with 96 firmware as base?

Fresh installation:
LOCKED Bootloader
Flash official Sony's 4.1.2 6.2.B.1.96 with flashtool.
Root using DoomLord method.
Install a recovery.
Reboot in recovery, Wipe Data, Cache and Dalvik Cache.
Flash the rom.
Flash 6.2.B.1.96 kernel only with flashtool (see FAQ).
UNLOCKED Bootloader
Flash official Sony's 4.1.2 6.2.B.1.96 with flashtool.
Root using DoomLord method.
Install a recovery.
Reboot in recovery, Wipe Data, Cache and Dalvik Cache.
Flash the rom.

Bugs
Camera have problems in auto mode (use manual and follow FAQ )
FAQ
How to use Honami Camera to avoid force close, please follow this carrefully
- After the installation of the rom, install Camera widget.
- Click on the dinosaur.
- Directly click again on the dinosaur at bottom left and select manual.
- Never touch Superior auto or you will have to follow these steps again.
Until now you can use the camera shortcut normally
- These settings are not working, don't touch them:
- Stabilizer
- ISO
- Superior Auto
- 2MP
- DON'T ASK FIX! I will do when I will do if possible!
Some icons are missing on Home drawer.
Go in settings/apps/all and force stop of Xperia Home.
Quick settings are force closing...
Try to uncheck all toggles and reboot.
If it doesn't work, move a few toggles, let it force closing 5 or 6 times
My battery is draining fast?
Do a fresh installation, let the rom settle and charge your phone a few times to let the battery calibrate.
Use stock or Doom kernels, they are done by qualified people.
How to flash 6.2.B.1.96 Kernel with flashtool?
1) Download any FTF of latest 6.2.B.1.96 firmware and place it in firmware folder of flashtool.
2) Plug the USB.
3) Open Flash tool and click on the lightning logo.
4) Select Flashmode.
5) Select 6.2.B.1.96 firmware on left side.
6) Uncheck kernel, fota, data, cache & appslog on right side.
7) Select Flash at bottom.
8) When asked, unplug USB and turn off phone.
9) Plug USB again while you are pressing volume down.
Add ons
Advanced Stock Camera & Widget
This will replace Honami Camera by a fully fonctionnal stock camera with Superior Auto feature.
The camera widget is also replaced by a new one with:
Shortcut to Torch Light
Shortcut to same option as quick launch setting (The Video Camera).
1) Flash this in recovery: http://www.mediafire.com/download/awfybmc8ay1dlpm/Advanced_Stock_Camera.zip
2) Wipe cache and Dalvik Cache
3) Reboot
4) Go in settings/apps/all and clear data of everything related to camera.
TIPS: If you still have problems of force closing, better to do a new fresh installation of rom and flash this add on just after the rom installation before to reboot.

I did a perfectly clean n fresh install but the battery drain isnt disapear...
Stock Rom n kernel, root, recovery after your ROM and battery problem...

Decent ROM, but unfortunately all the ANT+ drivers are missing.
I have tried to restore the titanium backup of the drivers, unfortunately it has not helped, ANT+ is completely dead.

After weeks of hard work here i am presenting you my second ROM for Xperia S/SL based on 96 Firmware. For Locked and Unlocked Bootloader. Ultimate BlackXS Ultra version is a re builded version of Ultimate BlackXS rom. I have fixed maximum of bugs. No more grey looks in most of the Black Apps. This time i came with a better look. Its called Flat UI. U can feel a poor Flat UI experience in most of the black system apps and third party apps. This will be a new experience for 2012 Device users.
Up Coming Versions will be OTA Updates. U don't need to download whole ROM again and again for updates..Just flash the OTA Update Zips. Thats all. The ROM does not contain 4.3 Theme Engine but i will try to make one later and add it as a add on. If u wish u can flash Theme Engine from Add-on section later. But u will lost the Pure Black look...

100% there will b some bugs. We can't find any custom roms without a single bug. Every custom roms hav bugs..

Love the flat UI BTW. If it's possible, please, change the quick settings toggles without separators, it doesn't go with the flat UI. Thanks for the ROM.

Thanks for the feedback my friends. Its because of the fully transparent SystemUI. Don't worry. I will make an add on soon with semi transparent SystemUI. So u can flash that.. Pls wait for some times. :thumbup:

For gmail force close simply remove gmail using root explorer and install/update from playstore again.
