Flash it and see. I am.

If I may so poke you, as of last night mine was still getting stuck on a Google logo at boot. Is there any way I could bother you to let me peek at your local manifests, to help me along? If not, that's fine.

Has anyone tried this out yet???

Been waiting for a build on the N10. Anyone know if this includes the multi-window option?

It boots, looks like any other rom. Cannot set root though. Flashed the supersu 1.65 and still nothing...

No but as this matures I'll def try to see how this does on a new linaro 4.8.2 TC and -O3, strict-aliasing, etc. Shouldn't be too hard to convert I could point most things to my buttered repos.

It does, that's why I built it, I wanted to try that out myself. Go to recents menu and add to split view. At least that's how I've been messing with it.

Looks absolutely NOTHING like mine. Thank you, I'm going to try that tonight after this "Porsche by Design" show Or maybe tomorrow morning. May I inquire about if you have a roomservice.xml?

I don't have root access, either, oddly. SuperSu won't install it, and neither will TWRP.
Also, multiwindow apps that don't work- Google Play Books hates multiwindow atm

Really excited about this. The n10 should have multi window.
Maybe you and dibblebill should work together on this.

Root isn't implemented yet, but they're working on it,

I wouldn't be opposed to that. I'm looking at implementing the Cyanogenmod Calculator and Koush's SU. Once I get mine booting. Need to figure out remote access so I can build from here (work lol)

Sounds zeem to be broken. Cant get YouTube or play Music working. Bluetooth, too. Did you install the audience and broadcom blobs?

i can confirm that 1080p playback/recording doesn't work on it so you'll have to set it to 720p before you use it. i hear it's just a 4.4 bug.

tried installing it, but it kept asking for the the v4a driver. i got up to modifying build.prop and rebooting it, but it still wants to install the v4a driver anyway, it's such a hassle. i'll just wait for a fix or deal with low volume for now.

It's supposed to ask you to install the driver, you select one of the options and then reboot. That should be it. Was that the way of it or do you get the prompt for a driver even after installation of it?
Actually the whole thing is easier if you flash this zip: http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=2625056&d=1394549299
After booting, open the app, select the audio driver you want, then reboot again. BTW if you do this get rid of any older versions of Viper you just tried to install.

I have no clue tbh, this is the att forum so...
@Flashalot, So the ROM runs great! Been running it for about 7 hrs & everything works except the known d2 bugs, I did find that settings will FC when I tap on buttons in candy interface, I logged it out & I'll send it to you if you wish. So far that's the only thing I've found, do you guys have an email so I can send the logs? I'm limited to my phone atm, but I'll gladly email the logs to y'all! Nice work on the ROM, Thanks!

Hi, sorry if this is a dumb question, wasn't sure since you said that you fix some CM bugs. I was wondering if the stock camera works on this rom and if Instagram/Snapchat cameras work.

Being that the camera is the most well known bug, it would likely be stated specifically if it was fixed. But as soon as it is, these guys will get it done. The Candy crew are a group of enthusiasts. Believe that.

I'll check it out for tmo and let you know.
edit: yup it boots up. i'll play around with it a bit later and let you know if everything works as it should.
edit 2: keyboard swipe doesn't work, same old camera issues. Other than that works fine.
It works great on tmo, i edit the Assert and changed it to d2tmo and it flashed perfect, love the rom its working great
how do you enable the navigation bar? I know how to get to it, but I see no option to enable it, just to edit it.
Also, the buttons menu under candy interface forecloses when try to open it.

Thanks so much for getting this working! Your freaking awesome! I think I'm going to include it in my upcoming ROM, just trying to "port" over my old S5 aroma scripts.
Only thing that of course is an issue is twrp bleeding through. Just curious do you have any leads or anything as to what you think could be causing that?

I know what causes the problem, it's due to the framebuffer and how it gets opened over the recovery. I didn't touch the source code since the latest release... i'm too much busy!

Well, i've started again to work on this project. I will do my best to implement a new Framebuffer and hopefully the transparency issue will be fixed!
I am here from another thread, you had suggested I try your aroma. What's this install though? Thanks

I don't understand why this thread was started when this other one has been around for a while? http://forum.xda-developers.com/google-nexus-5/development/rom-cyanogenmod-13-t3236550
@MasterTec: Only difference I see right now is that the other build uses a custom toolchain. And I don't know if the thread starter is going to cherry pick stuff or something... this one right here will always be pure CM - be it unofficial or official (Yeah, this thread will turn into the official one as soon as nightly builds start rolling out on the CM servers).
Hope the difference is somewhat clear

Did you ask myfluxi to post his unofficial builds on this new thread? (just to know if I have to keep a subscription to the AOSP CM12.1 thread)

That's because of the navigation bar options
are SU terminal commands like
"settings put system display_temperature_mode 4"
"svc data disable"
working?
binaries are in the /system/bin, but cannot be executed
Has anyone tried c-apps on this ROM?

C-Apps are made for CM-12.1, you can give it a try... but don't be surprised if you get problems and force closes.
So I suggest you to make a backup if want to try it.

you're damn right...Dialer fcs, and it will continue even after clean install of another rom. You'll have to wipe system to get rid of capps completely.

Reflash CyanogenMod zip for your device
I'm getting the error I have to update my fastboot? I flashed DU M without issues though. Is this something CM needs?

Could you be more specific about the "error"? You probably have to update your bootloader to the latest version.

Flashing a bootloader doesn't wipe the sdcard. Use Boot Unlocker app if your bootloader is currently locked.

Welp, no much difference. It has newer security patch, includes more battery saver steps (10%, 20%, 25%), keyboard with symbols on keys, and replaces ugly aosp sounds with google ones.

I'll include Eleven and CM gallery in the next build i guess.
So Nice!
An amazing aosp based rom , please continue this effort !!
Any chance to enable the NEXUS 5 ant+ feature?
It has the hardware BCM4339.
In Marshamallow I use the [email protected] apk that enable this feature.
Sadly, it didnt works with Nougat.
Great work!
So.. Does this rom support multirom as default?
UPDATE!
Fixed camera not being able to save photos, added material gallery and eleven music player.

I'm not sure about that. You could try ANT+ Enabler thingy.

Kernel does support it, but there may be problems with updater script.

I will try to include it in the next build. For now you could use workaround from other threads (search for "multirom").
@itigr
Installing right now and i'll report after if i have any bugs.
Thank you for taking your time to give us a choice of N7.0.0 OS
P.S.,
Does this ROM has the same bug with Slow charging?

No real need for it, anyone that wants can download one from the play store, just keep it pure aosp.
