This ROM is based on CM 11.0 and made from MoKee Open Source
MoKee OpenSource is based on the Google AOSP and CyanogeMod project. The source code is updated frequently to keep up with the latest development, and not forgetting to merge in special features at the same time.
The Mfunz Forums launched this project on the 12th of December 2012, and is committed to make this ROM better and better.
Since this project is open source, anyone interested can participate in the development. Newcomers are always welcomed!
Official website: http://www.mfunz.com
Types of Releases:
MoKee OpenSource has 4 kinds of releases: official release, beta, nightlies, and unofficial builds.
Official release: This version is tested throughly by developers and users, so it is the most stable build
Beta: When a device is newly added, there will be beta versions for testing, but there might be unknown bugs and problems
Nightlies: Nightlies are compiled automatically by servers, so it will have the latest features but beware of uncompleted works
Unofficial builds: These builds are compiled from source or ported by non MoKee developers
Official Releases:
MoKee Open Source supports many devices, but the developers may not have all devices in hand, so if there are device maintainers that can help out, the official releases will be decided by them, MoKee Open Source will only maintain the nightlies to ensure the usability of the ROM. However, for devices with no device maintainers, MoKee Open Source will decide when to release official builds or nightlies. Therefore, if you have a device maintainer, please get the official releases from your respective device maintainer's thread or nightlies from MoKee Open Source.

We are dedicated to providing Android users with smooth, stable and fast Roms. We start with a fast, and lightweight modified AOSP base, and then add the features you crave!
Please feel free to look at and use our code on LiquidSmooth GitHub.
We would like to thank CyanogenMod for their device trees, framework/settings mods and their code that was incorporated into this project. We also extend our gratitude to AOKP and Xylon for parts of their code that we have incorporated.
A huge shoutout to codeworx and kejar31 for their work on the t0 platform!
Special thanks to our friends Imoseyon and Franco for their kernels as well!
While we make every effort to test these builds as much as possible, we are not responsible for anything that may happen to your device, family, pets, or perception of reality. We ask that you do your part to know your device and know how to recover from problems before you flash!

no Mako is the codename for nexus4 ...Sadly you cannot flash TW kernels on this rom :/ The per app dpi engine, while it is awesome, is a Paranoid Android staple and you essentially have to use their base in order to get it to work properly. Its a HUGE hook in the source and although im pushing for per-app engine in our ROM im feeling a lot of resistence from other members of my team..This rom is designed with speed, stability and feature richness in mind first and foremost. It is the only AOSP 4.2.1 linaro 4.7 -O3 rom available for Note II afaik.

Thanks for quick response. Jellybear support per-app dpi and I think it is a good idea to port it, (seems per-app dpi just load different configuration file for different app, maybe I am wrong since I have not much experience of android OS development) , thanks for quick reply. And is it a good idea to move the thread to Android Development rather than stay at Original Android Development?
Downloading now. Does this have any sensor issues?

Halo disappears after some hours... :/
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda app-developers app
Just one question, been using this since yesterday, I have just one thing to ask. Is it normal if you press the halo when someone sends you an sms, the app that youre currently in will close? Example is tapatalk, I'm currently reading then when someone sends me an sms the app will close once i press the halo.

Working great man...
I an happy with this unofficial build now. Waiting the upload done. It is in 30 minutes?
Don't forget to set the proper permissions with a custom mms.apk .
You can do it from your favorite Root File Manager (I personally like ES), or manually in TWRP 2.5.0.0 by following these instructions:
Mount > System
Back to the main menu.
Advanced > File Manager > System > Mms.apk > cmod > 644 > Go
Hit back until you get to the main menu.
Reboot > System.
newest build 13/5 is still in pipelines , aka compiling , we're thinking since this is an unofficial build , would you guys like it with linaro or no no just stock ?

It's going to be at least 3 or 4 hours until it's up. I've purged and re-synced my entire repo, so it's still building (plus I forgot to add the "-j16" tag to the build). Then I need to test the source build. Unzip that and replace the files needed for the latest HALO alpha. Make sure the correct permissions are set in the update-script. Flash and test that. Then upload (which takes about 20 to 30 minutes with my crappy upload speeds.

Additional info on Peek (Thanks to educk):
[Peek]
Please note that after taking a look on the sources and commit notes, Peek does require gyroscope in order to work as intended. Our device is missing this hardware but Peek still works somehow (ok, not how the PA team imagined it but still it does work):
*How it currently works on our phone:
When screen is off and the device receives a notification, for 10 seconds, the device will wake up, showing the notification (without having to pick it up).
*How it should have been:
When screen is off and the device receives a notification, within 10 seconds, if the phone is picked up, it displays the notification.

If you want to maove app to sd, move it and lunch it before any reboot to prevent any damage of app!!

Wow, Beta 5 is 25% smoother than Beta 4. Thank you so much!
And hey, could you please compile a stock kernel that works on GT-I8150B? Because the one that we (Brazilian people) use for make 4.4.2 works on our device is a bit outdated.
Thanks again!

I don't know if this is enough, but I took from MoKee thread, the only that works is the original or swapped 3.4.84 Release 3 kernel.
I don't know what's the difference between the GWs. Everything else since the firsts custom roms for Galaxy W worked perfectly, but now all ION kernels doesn't work, except the above one. Maybe @theloneseeker could help us, since it's his amazing kernel.

SlimSaberKat
Unofficial SlimKat build - Alucard kernel
Rom built with SaberMod 4.8.4 toolchain
Kernel built with SaberMod 4.9.2 toolchain
Fast, smooth and stable
I proudly present SlimSaberKat.
SlimSaberKat is built from SlimKat source with SaberMod 4.8.4 compiler and "JustArchi's ArchiDroid Optimizations" V3 build optimisations like O3, strict aliasing and many more to make the ROM even faster and smoother. If you want to see all optimization flags set for building this ROM, have a look a look at this commit, line 73-83.
I could cherry-pick some commits ahead from SlimRom team or patches from other repositories if I find them useful.
If you want to know more about build optimization and the build flags used to build SlimSaberKat I can advise you to read this post by @JustArchi.
SlimSaberKat ROM comes with Alucard's great AOSP kernel.
I will follow the weekly and stable builds of the official ROM and if there are interesting commits I will try to make a midweekly build.

F.A.Q
No root
Q: I did a clean flash and don't have root access.
A: Rood access is disabled by default on SlimKat. you need to enable it in "Developer options" set root access for Apps and ADB.
New gapps
Q: There is a new gapps version, how do I flash it.
A: Minor gapps updates can be flashed on top off the old version. For major updates it's often recommended by the Slim team to wipe the systems partition and flash ROM and gapps. Alternatively you can deleted system/addon.d/80-gapps.sh or 81-aio_gapps.sh and flash ROM and gapps. This prevents the old gapps to be restored during ROM flash but will allow you to keep all other custom scripts in the addon.folder.
Removed system files
Q: I have removed a couple of system apps, do I need to do that again after every dirty ROM flash.
A: A dirty ROM flash will restore all the ROM's system apps. You can however use a script to remove whatever you want from the ROM when you dirty flash a ROM. See this and this post on how to do that and many other cool things you can do with those scripts.
DPI settings
Q: How can i change the DPI and what's the original S4 stock DPI.
A: DPI Settings are not included in the ROM yet, until then you can use Texdroider DPI. Default Stock DPI is 480.
New kernel flash
Q:I flashed a new Alucard kernel (or SlimSaberKat with new kernel included) and now not everything is working as expected.
A:This can happen when the kernel settings options are changed (in Ramdisk), to correct this delete the "data/.alucard" folder and reboot. That will reset your kernel setting.
Dalvik to ART
Q: How do I switch from Dalvik to ART, how do I do it.
A: As with every major change, start by making a backup, the follow this tutorial by @Jimsilver73
SlimKat stock kernel
Q: Where can I download the SlimKat stock kernel
A: It can be found here, thanks to @hawkerpaul
Tips and tricks
If you want to make Slim even Slimmer @s3icc0 made an overview of apps that are safe to remove
To make you're phone feel even faster consider lowering "Windows animation scale", "Transmission animation scale" and "Animation duration scale" in Developer options. Also if you are using Nova Launcher you might want to increase the Scroll and Animation speed.

Lol this is what I PMed you earlier didn't see he made a dedicated thread for it. Be nice to have a SaberMod kernel that supports F2FS as well... Don't think we have one just yet.
This ROM flies though. Great work OP

Great rom but two things I miss: Lockscreen wallpaper and possibility to disable automatic screen dimming. Or should they be somewhere?

System Settings > Advanced > Device
Turn off CABC (First option under screen tab)
This should stop the screen dimming

Thanks! You know I thought I saw that on the Alucard thread but wasn't sure. I'll have to reflash and give it go

I switched straight away (before first boot) back to KT kernel, it's MUCH better than alucard kernel. Other than that the rom seems good so far. (Not as fast as Archi made out in his thread, or even as fast as regular sabermod, but still quite good) thanks for other new rom for our s4 I will continue to to test and give feedback.
Edit: my hangouts notifications don't come thru with the screen off they only show up with screen on
