(DS) Help! Reboot everytime I try to use gl2sd or other root app - Sony Xperia M

I rooted my xperia m dual using vroot 1.7.1. Replaced the Chinese superuser with supersu 1.65. I got the root permissions this way. Also installed busybox v1.21.1 in system/xbin using normal install method. Then I try gl2sd, but whenever I click on mount, after mounting, my device reboots. I am on stock rom v4.2.2, rooted, bootloader locked. I hope there must be some way out to make it work without unlocking the bootloader, coz it was working on single sim version without any need to unlock bootloader. Help asap developers

You need a rootfixer.Your phone is half rooted therefore everytime you try to write in /system it reboots.
Try using this guide and dont forget the 4th step.

can you please make a nice procedure for doing this?

Didn't worked bro. please do write a detailed tutorial for that with every step included. and do check it too please. now I tried again, and again only reboot occurs

If it reboots it means ur phone is half rooted with framaroot. There's one post on how to fully root Xperia m try that and it will not reboot on using root apps then.

[Q] Reboot Problems

Hello, in service menu it says my boot loader can't be unlocked so don't tell me to use cwm, I rooted with framaroot and it works fine but when I mount etc as r/w my phone instantly reboots, and possibly more folders too, didn't come across any more, is there a solution for this? And what's wrong, thanks
Bro your phone is half rooted that's why it keeps booting when u mount it as r/w. Download the remount/reboot fix from the given link and unzip it, (connect your phone to your pc) and run the "install.bat" and select superSu app and then follow the instructions on command prompt.
Link- http://d-h.st/fbt
One more thing, download and install busybox before using the fix from play store.
Hit thanks

No, he doesnt need to flash anything. All he has to do is use the remount reboot fix tool by [NUT]. Thats all, and your phone will no longer reboot.

[Help] Rooting failed

I tried to root my Samsung galaxy fame with Motochopper but it failed near the end. Then I tried to do it manually using cmd and instructions found on a different forum. But that failed aswell. I then used SRS one click root but it said Cant mount system (or something like that). Then lastly I used Framaroot 1.9.2. There was only one exploit (Aragorn) and when I went on it it said Failed. The error code for that was Error Code #7.
So can anyone tell ne if my phones impossible to root. (BTW Im on android version 4.1.2 Jellybean.

[Q] Memory Swapping Problem!!

Guys, I am Using C1904 with Locked Bootloader, Full Rooted and BusyBox installed.
I have got the Init.d support and have completed all the steps as mentioned in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2711280
But when i copy that "11extsd2internalsd" file with all ticks permission, with Root Explorer and then i restart the phone, but my phone stucks in BootLoop. There is also Meta Inf file, do i have to do something with that? I cant extract the zip with recovery as i have my BootLoader Locked, and they have mentioned a method for locked one too. Then why I am suffering from BootLoop?
