[APP][FREE][ANDROID] Foreign Words - Language app - Testing

Hi guys,
I have developed an interesting application and now I need some test-opinion from you. Please have a look at the app and tell me if you like it or not.
Here I am posting you the description from Google-Playstore:
The Mobile-Application "Foreign Words" gives you the chance to expand your vocabulary in one or more of the five most spoken foreign languages: English, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.
Have fun learning different words and building up your basic vocabulary in a language you want to.
This Application is very suitable for language beginners. It helps you learn some new words and gets you prepared for your next holiday, private or business trip.
And please don't forget your headphones, because "Foreign Words" supports voice output in order to help you learn the right pronunciation of every word.
If you like our App, please use the "share" button to recommend us to your friends.
We will also appreciate if you rate us here in the Playstore.
Features:
- Free of charge with five different languages!
- It provides you with the most important and used words in English, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.
- Helps you build up your basic word knowledge very quickly.
- Learn-by-Playing with the "Game" feature.
- Test what you have learned with our "Test" feature.
Recently I had the problem with some android devices which were not able to download the app from the playstore. The downloading-status-bar was showing 98% or 99% and then a simple error comes with the notice like - Error while downloading this app.
If someone has some experience with a similar problem, please feel free to give me some tips and tricks.
Thx a lot in advance!
You can also have a look at my other developed apps by searching for "3M-App-Team" in Google-Playstore.
I am new here, so I am not able to post screenshots and links but when you type Foreign Words in Google-Playstore, you will find the app.

[Q] Swype keeps switching to spanish automatically

This is ridiculous lol, I thought I'd ask since I'm pretty sure swype is a system app and I can't delete any of the files associated with it. But it keeps switching to spanish on its own. Three times I switched it back to english and it's fine. Then eventually (while the phone is still on) it'll be in spanish.
Is this a bug with swype or is there some way to delete the spanish language pack without root?
There is a good chance that you are hitting this tiny little button. It switches the swype language between English and Spanish.

That functionality really should be user configurable.
Like, why do they have hot keys enabled for screen rotation by default in Windows? 99.99% of users never need it, but I get calls all the time that the screen is upside down.
it is just slide up on the language key and turn off Spanish as an available language
"Hey, where should we put this language toggle button?" "Hmmm .. let's squeeze it right between the SYM button that is used to get to numbers and the comma. People never use those two buttons."
*facepalm*

extra predictive dictionaries?

where can i download them from and how to install on ICS? the language i'm looking for isn't included on the phone...
i prefer just to keep using the stock keyboard
thx
Hi, I find this very interesting as well.
I have the UK Nexus, and would love to have the dictionary from the Norwegian version when it's available. I guess it's just keep hitting refresh for now? Or will add-on dictionaries from other regions never show up?
Also, will it be possible for someone with a Nordic phone to copy their Norwegian dictionary to a UK phone if both rooted? Also other languages of course...
I think this feature would greatly help in making it easier to try out different custom roms feeling secure you would be able to keep your native dictionary.

Id love to help you guys but in Sweden we waited several weeks for thw nordic adjustment from samsung, who said it was for dictionaries etc, but for some reason we finally gotvthe nordic modified firmware this friday and it didnt include any nordicbdictionaries. Actually the only difference from UK version seems to be new buildname and nordic paper manuals
Does anyone know if the russian predictive text works? i get strange results.. or maybe its just my poor russian spelling??

[APP] Global Converter (Convert units)

Hello. This is my first app for the Windows 8.1 platform. It is a simple converter that converts between different units. It is designed for optimal use with tablets and generally touch screens.
Your feedback is accepted. Thank you!

Beautiful
This is just beautiful, all I'd ask is for the Data section to have Megabits as well

Thank you! Yes of course i will include megabits (and generally bits instead of only bytes). Also i will include numerical system conversion, conversions from and to decimal, hexadecimal, octal and binary The update will be probably posted at the store at Monday. I will update this post when it's available.
I any of the forum members have sugestions, please notify me and i'll put it in the app.
Thank you again!
hi, i know this has nothing to do with the app but is there any chance you could share that purple wallpaper? I absolutely love it and i've been trying to find one similar all day but to no avail. I'd really appreciate it if you could
The update 1.1.0.3 is available. It should download automatically in the next few hours. You may also do it maually from Store's settings.
Changelog:
-Added conversion between numeral systems
-Enabled number input right after selecting the "from" unit
-Added more units in "Data" and "Speed"
-New middle-size icon
-Various bugfixes
All of the above are changes that happened after user feedback. I appreciate it a lot. If you have any other suggestions, please let me know
I know that this app is designed for optimal use with tablets, but there is a little bug when you use two windows with windows 8.1
I hope you fix the bug
Great application! Thank you wery much!

Beta testers required : XDA Plus Chrome extension

I don't know if any of you remember the XDA Toolbar extension I made, but it's very old, very limited and only works on one previous XDA theme. You can see it here if you never saw it before...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1339825
I'm now working on a new extension that I'm naming XDA Plus, that will do the things that the toolbar used to do, but will also have a ton of other options. I'm nearly at the point where I'll be able to start testing the extension, but for now I'm looking for people with creative input of things that they'd like to see the extension do. Now this extension will not be performing magic tricks - I can only manipulate what's already there, not add major new features. So with that in mind I'm really only looking for people that have at least a basic understanding of what a forum like this can actually do.
I've started a social group so we can chat and you can post suggestions (and issues, once you have a beta version to play with). It's invite only so just post in here if you're interested in joining. Please don't just post "I wanna join teh club". If you do then you're not the right type of person. Give me some idea of why you'd be a good tester, or give me some good suggestions for features.
I would love to help test it out. I may ask a lot of questions about how things are done...because I iz learning....
