I think this can be done through root apps like udn lite, and alternatives. The G2 xposed mod lets you change them but I do not see a screen shot option.

I believe the LG Quick Memo toggle in the notification bar can do the same thing. At least it does in my G2.

Yup, that's exactly what it does. it takes a screenshot and allows you to edit it, then gives you the option to save it to the gallery or the Notebook app. Pretty sure you can run it out of the notification bar as well.

[Q] Notification Toggles mod possible on One X?

I'm planning on moving from a Samsung Captivate to the One X whenever it decides to come out in the US, and the only thing I think I'll miss are Samsung's toggles in the notification shade (things like wifi, gps, blutooth, etc).
Is there a mod already available for HTC products/One X that can add this? I know there are some market solutions (a la Widgetsoid) but they, well, kinda suck. Would it even be possible to add this with Sense 4.0? Thanks!
I use SwitchPro. It lets you make a toggle widget and the ability to add it to the notification bar as well (dropdown)

Do either of those programs toggle settings by touching the icons in the notification shade? Or do they both just open a new window where I toggle the settings? Thanks so much!

hide the nav bar on lockscreen only?

I remember one of the first ROMs i flashed on my nexus was Code Name Android, and it had the option to hide the navigation bar on the lock screen only.
is this something that can easily be implemented into JB? i noticed it was taken off of ROMs because it interfered with incoming calls when the screen was on (wasn't able to answer call) just curious if it was ever fixed or if this is a simple mod that i could do myself with some layout tweaks or something.
anyone have a clue?
I use Widgetlocker - lock screen replacement app, and it has an option to hide the navigation bar. I highly recommend it, very customizable with tons of sliders/themes to choose from and is very light on using system resources and draining battery.

you sure about that? i know it has the option to hide the navigation bar buttons, but the black bar is still there.
i want the wallpaper to go from the notification bar all the way down to the bottom of the screen.

Oh okay. If that's the case then you'll need to go a different route. Widgetlocker just blacks it out.

can anyone mod the nav bar thinner, better with completely hide the nav bar:good:

FNV also has it. I knocked mine all the way down to 0, and it's gone. I'm also using GMD gesture control instead for navigation purposes, getting the most out of my nexus 4's screen

I used to do this on the Galaxy Nexus but I used LMT launcher instead. How easy is it to use GMD? I only use it for launching my universal search app

flash the aokp rom. it lets you completely customize the nav bar. you can add buttons change buttons and edit things like height.
check it out here
What about the status bar on top. Is there a option or mod to hide it all the time til you swipe down or something. I know the hidebar app hides both the top bar and the bottom bar at all time. But you cannot swipe down or show only the status bar without showing the navbar. Anybody knows

Lots of options open up when you get the bought app. I built my gestures to make triangles and it works really well. They explain everything and make it pretty straightforward.

[Q]Sofkeys hidden in games, LS and HS

Hello!
I actually use a Xperia Z with softkeys hidden and the LMT Pie mod.
The problem is that I like the navbar in apps like chrome, phone, messages etc.
But I would like to see them dissapear in games, on the homescreen and lockscreen.
Would it be possible?
Thanks.

In fact, I want an automatic mod.
More simple, I would like the navbar to appear when the notification bar is showed.
In games, in the gallery, and on the homescreen, there are disabled (by stock apps or by features or others, like with nova)
Is that possible to detect if the notification bar is showed, and if it is, show the navbar and disable the pie?
Full!screen+ does that
As im new, cant post a link
U have ltm the does the navigation bar thing for u when u press in a certain spot in the screen and full screen toggle hides it. So what do u want. The softkeys are hidden permanent but ltm launcher pops his own half circle navigation buttons on the screen. Basically the same thing just the screen stealing software buttons are gone. Is that not for Ur satisfaction? It works perfectly.

In fact I would like the same as full!screen+, but with a lmt pie that pops up instead of these two quarters of round at the bottom.
EDIT: full!screen+ doesnt work, Nova shows a black bar (without softkeys) and many craches of "UISystem" (not systemUI)
Well u can make ltm launcher also open up the navigation bar left and right doesn't has to be bottom also u can expand the navigation bar and make many short cuts with it.

Moto G Nav Bar Transparency

The Nav Bar isn't all that transparent. Is there any way of increasing the transparency?
PS: I know about Gravity Box but it doesn't work great. The Nav Bar turns black every time I exit an app.

yes, Gravity Box doesn't work great. Nav Bar always turn black. and Gravity Box doesn't allow to switch back and recent key. The only benefit is can make Nav Bar a little bit thin.
Did you try Tinted Statusbar? - also an Xposed Module.

No, because that's for the status bar isn't it?
It also got a Option for the NavBar. Didn't try it myself 'cause I haven't got my Moto G yet, but you should give it a try since it's something like PA.

Hi, I to have had the same issues with gravity box transparent nav bar.
I have found however the the motoXposed app from play store works perfect, even when nav bar is 100 percent transparent.
It will also remove the carrier label. Hope this helps and remember to turn of nav bar transparency in gravity box or it won't work.

Are you using a custom photo? I was playing around and noticed that if you use your own photo as a wallpaper and have it zoomed all the way out, KitKat will not position the photo under the nav bar to maximize the displayed width of the photo.
If you zoom into the photo just a little bit when positioning it, you'll get transparent nav bars again.
EDIT: Nvm, sorry. Apparently, I can't read.
