i would like to know which custom rom able to use air accept call from note 3 feature in note 2 now.
I don't think that's portable - it uses IR sensor AFAIK.

may be senser not working but in sensor hub its show me test passed
when i make a call my screen goes black and then no waking up.cant do untill oppsotie party cut the call.what should i do?do i need to sell my note 2 ?

Do you have a case or a protection? Which firmware do you have?
Did you check the option in call Settings?
Hi guys, i'm new here. Yesterday I flash DITTO ROM RC2 for my note 2 then i try to install S-health from s4 and note 3 and even s5. Pedometer doesn't function. Neither Pedometer from Runtastic function. What could be the problem?
Note 2 doesn't have the required sensors to measure footsteps or heart rate.

I think that has nothing too do with the sensors, except the sensor for heart rate sensor. So far I know Pedometer (Footsteps counter) is counting the steps via gyroscope and proximity sensors. I read that some people are using the S Health app on S3 devices.
Beside I have the same problem. I have a note 2. The app starts but can not count my steps. But I think that is more an app specific problem and has nothing to do with missing sensor.
PS: I have a note 3 and checked the sensor differences with note2. Yes Note3 has 2 sensors, on sensor for detecting and one sensor for counting steps. I hope this problem will be fixed. I think steps can be count via proximity sensor and gyroscope... :crying:
the only BobCAT ROM that the Air Call-Accept works properly, other ROMs do have this option and work in test mode but it does not work in the real call.
I wonder that anyone knows how to port this feature so we can use on other ROM.

Running stock ROM rooted Note 4 and very basic Tasker task, I think it was a default one at that too, of silencing my phone when the orientation is face down. If I have the screen on it works, but when the screen is off (locked or unlocked) it does not work.
Anyone else dealing with issues like this?
hie guys , i have a galaxy note 10+ n975f/ds which got cracked recently ,now only the s pen works fully but i cannot use the touchscreen . a few days ago i noticed that if i make a phone call , i am able to fully use the device touchscreen without any issues but as soon the phone call drops , only the s pen works and the touchscreen stops working . so i am wondering if there is a hack or anyone willing to help me to make the device think i am using my s pen and make it activate the touchscreen or maybe to spoof a fake call all the time and make the device thinks i am making a phone call so that the touch starts working just like how it works when i am making a call . my device is rooted with magisk and on android 11 binary 7 . please help

Don't have a hack for you, but you may be able to determine if your lack of touch ability is due to the screen thinking there is a constant press happening.
In developer options turn on "show taps" & or "pointer location"
nope there is no constant pressing when i enable show touches , im very sure the touchscreen is broken because when i dial *#0*# and select touch option to test the touch screen only a super small area on the botton part works and there are some chips missing, i can even see the RGB colours poking through the area that has some chips missing. but when making a call the whole device responds to touch . any exposed module/s that can make me access my device's sensors ,maybe i might find a workaround lol
