myONEv raise CPU speed up to 1,497 MHz... you need an app to control your CPU, like SetCPU, No Frills CPU Control or Trickster Mod... then you'll be able to decrease your CPU speed

If it's changing after reboot, then in SetCPU you have to check "Set on boot" option

You're right, that's very strange... try to reflash kernel and ROM with full wipe and post results... or try Ignorance V4, it's faster and less laggy than myONEv

is it possible that this probles is related to the kernel or not it is related to the rom ? as i said I've tested slim bean jellybean rom and I had the same problem on it .
and is it possible that I flash the kernel without formating the rom or doing the wipe ? does it work or i need to reinstall the rom ?

I wonder why CPU was coming back to 1,5Ghz after reboot on myONEv...

The governor that is in use makes a huge difference in the running speed. Some will cause the phone to use the maximum speed that you set all the time

I'm sorry but what are you doing?? Your downloading things ready to flash them even when you have no idea what they are or what they do.
Now I'm not being funny with you but PLEASE!!! Come on, read, research etc etc. If you don't know what or how a kernel is flashed then you seriously should not be messing with it.
P.s. I really don't know what all this obsession is with o/c to Max because then you'll be moaning about battery discharging too fast.

Matey, this has been answered a few times (to say the least) so try using the search bar to see if your question has already been answered, which i know it has.
If you are using CM7.1.0.1 u dont need to flash another kernal because the kernal that comes with the rom is oc'able.
Go to settings > cyanogen settings > performance > cpu
Use my settings in my Sig as a guide. These are tested and stable and battery life is fine. I do not need to OC to the max.
EDIT: I have attempted to OC to the point where my system is stable, I get 2 days battery life, and angry birds plays smoothly
Flash like anything else

Oky, the problem was (my mistake) wrong gapps 4.2.2 instead 4.1.2. I have also problem with android keyboard crashing all the time. Gapps solved also.I've tried Shpongle, MIUI... but this is the best by far for me.In Shpongle problem was camera, in MIUI was speed, but here, everything work like swiss watch. Now I want to OC my CPU.With Shpongle 1497 Mhz was full house, but here I can't do this. Can you tell me what app to use for OC. Again, thank you for this wonderfull ROM.

Ok... I never tried that kernel, but if it"s undervolted and your phone can't handle too much uv it might reboot itself... This is why i asked you the voltage @1.5GHz and the cpu variant... Anyway you could try to increase voltages by 25 mv and see if it's stable... Or follow Mr Hofs' suggestion...

Uv is managed by kernel, not rom... Anyway, if you flash a sense 5 rom close to stock and leave the default kernel you should be fine... Try something like arhd, maximus HD or lonelyx as they are very similar to stock...

Use another tool! SetCPU is buggy. You should try CM11 + kernel by @ace2nutzer. Use android's performance settings to set cpu clock and nova thor settings to set gpu clock. GPU can be stable overclocked to 680MHz

Yeah, but GPU OC works only over scripts..(due to the new Algorithm) there is in latest kernel a user friendly init.d script (01gpu_oc) to OC the GPU ...
Just edit and reboot... or execute the changed script with SManager wit root rights.
