[Q] New version - Zooper Widget General

When will the new version (2.44) be available in AndroidPit ?
I'm eager to try the new features.
It's been a little while now since the update and i'm stil not able to update through Appcenter. :crying:
Does it usually take this long for AndroidPit to get the updates ?
Thanx

Judging from the information on this page, 2.44 should already be on AndroidPit: http://www.androidpit.com/en/android/market/apps/app/org.zooper.zwpro/Zooper-Widget-Pro. At least that's the version number it shows under the details

Ever since the update came out on Play, the version number and the 'Whats new' section on AndroidPit showed the correct info,
but I was unable to update.
Up until right after I posted I was also unable to update.
I just checked and I was able to (finally) update. :victory:
Some weird stuff
Anyway,
Thanx

5 seconds later update: sorry didn't see the other thread until I posted this new one.
Could someone who receives this update please take a copy of the file and upload it somewhere and post the url here
This file would be very handy in possibly creating a way of re-branding our t-mobile handsets
See the other thread guys!
When I check for mine it still says no update.

This has nothing to do with goldcards!
If someone can make a copy of the t-mobile update we could possibly use it to make a way to re-brand our t-mobile phones after we have installed the stock rom

hope this is helpful.
Android Version : 2.2.
Software number : 2.09.405.8.CL218634 release keys
Thanks in advance
According to the HTC Website, the latest build should be 2.10.405.2.
I'm not so hot with rooting / gold card stuff myself. Perhaps check / post in one of the threads specific to that?
The updates offered by the latest build aren't really game-changing, though.
1.Android OS update patch 2.Enhanced multi inbox Gmail support 3.Improved Russia keyboard layout

You cant install a OTA update on a ROOTED phone. Either u unroot the phone or wait for newer version of the custom rom.
Yes you can I have done this before. Tell the update to just download. Go into clockwork mod and disable signature checks and the other one im forgetting what its called . Tne go back to the main menu and press apply update.zip

Seeing I have some important data that I don't want erased ( and I'm too lazy to back it up ), I'll pass on this update until other users report exactly what's in it.
And as for you who got .146, another user already uploaded rooted img, be sure to thank him.

[Q] Latest Incremental Update LI3

Rooted, Stock, LG8
Started getting OTA notifications this morning. Rebooted into recovery and the notifications went away. Still on LG8. Am I missing anything substantial on LI3? Should I just wait for the official JB update? Thanks in advance.
Official JB release has yet to be officially announced with a date. So, I suggest you go ahead and update. At least you'll stop getting the notifications if you do.

Thanks for the reply, Naddict. Couple of questions:
-In order to update to LI3, is it as simple as going through the "System Update" utility in the settings?
-Is it safe to assume that once I update to LI3, I'll lose root?
-If so, how do I go about gaining root again? (It's been a while since I first rooted, so I'm unsure of the methods.)

Your thread is relevant to my question, so I'm hoping someone can help me, as well.
I'm new to android, and I've found that every time there is an OTA update, I cannot find ANY information on it. I received a notification to update today, as well, yet it doesn't tell me what changes will be made or what is being updated. Is this normal for android? I'm not exactly sure where to look for this information, since hitting "more info" tells me nothing.
Not trying to invade on your post, but I'm thinking you might know the answer to this.
Thanks!

OTA's are manufacturer specific. Sprint does provide information as to what the updates do for you. Just use the Internet machine and go to Sprint's website...

Hi Naddict. Thanks for humoring my "Hi. I'm super new and have stupid questions" status.
My "internet machine" (awesome) must be limited to banning all updated information. On the sprint blog for S3 updates the latest one is from 9/19 and I don't see any relevant information regarding an update from today. That's where my confusion lies.
My main issue is that I don't even know what to search for, as I don't receive any information regarding the update number/title/etc.
A popup just asking me to install a "system update" doesn't really do much for me. I'll keep looking. :good:
Take care,
Mike

Thank you very much. I saw the Samsung Galaxy SIII Software Updates post on the Sprint website but it shows a release date of 9/19, which was causing my confusion. I was looking for something from today specifically since this is the first time I had an update popup.
Have a good one.

No worries! I didn't take it as an insult. It's good to have people that joke around Nice to meet ya.
Well now I'm just lost.
I used Mobile ODIN to flash a stock recovery, then I tried to flash an LG8-L13 .zip I found on another forum. I got an installation error. I went back to CWM and tried the flash the update, same error. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Is there a file, or at least a link to an update .zip that works in CWM?
Edit: Just found and flashed two files through CWM. So far so good.
Here's the Link for the update:
http://www.mediafire.com/?kdm84fj9no6k3la
Here's the Link for the modem:
http://www.mediafire.com/?07mmmz6vxwpmvk4
I'm not sure why they're separate, but it's working for me.

hi Jimmbomb, with T315, you should be first in q for the update
please let us know once you have KK available as I hope T310 is next in line for update
best of Luck
I think what usually happens is the source code is posted by Samsung before an OTA update is rolled out.
Might be worth checking here every so often - http://opensource.samsung.com/reception/receptionSub.do?method=search&searchValue=SM-T315
You can change the end value to T310 & T311 to check those models as well.

Hmm... Not sure you can flash those source zips if that's what your referring to? Never actually downloaded one off there before though.
I was just pointing out that usually Samsung uploads something on there beforehand & then an OTA update on the device follows sometime after that.
