toroplus showing verizon on google play - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Here is a oddity. I have posted in the CM forums and have yet to recieve an answer or any feedback. Thought I would try here.
My ToroPLUS is running CM 10.2 stable at this time but the error has been showing up on every rom but stock. Google play list my device as a Verizon Galaxy Nexus not sprint thus will not allow me to use sprint billing for the play store. Also Android Device Manager will not locate ring or lock my phone.
A few things that I have tried...
Wiped play services and market reboot
Wiped play services and market removed google account reboot
Also checked that build prop shows sprint as network
nothing
any ideas or has anyone run into this before

Follow up... Found this in my build prop.

Under build finger print "4.3 toro". changed to match stock build prop did not help

[Fixed, can be deleted][Q] Can't download apps from Play store

Hello,
So I had this issue earlier when installing apps where is gave me an error code. A quick Google search later and I found a few sources telling me to clear data from the "Google Services Framework" application.
I did this, and I still got the error. So I did it again, restarted the phone and it all worked fine. I was able to download apps again.
I installed a few more apps, and tested them out. Then I went back to the market, but now when I try to install apps, I just get this:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Even really small apps (less than 1mb) do this, I also have a fast internet connection, so it's not that they are loading (I think).
So, is anyone else getting this, and does anyone know if I can fix it?
EDIT:
If it helps, I have the LeeDrOiD ROM installed, but I doubt it'd be that since I could download apps fine until today.
EDIT2: Everything seems to be working fine, mods/admins, this post can be deleted.

Google Wallet 1.5

I downloaded the apk for Google Wallet.
com.google.android.apps.walletnfcrel.magn2o.1.5.apk
When I try to install it, it says Not Installed at the end.
I have a Verizon Galaxy Nexus running 4.0.4 (unrooted).
any suggestions. do i need to root my phone for this?
Might be worth doing a search next time - there is heaps of info on it:

It shouldn't refuse to install, however.
HERE is a working one.
Install it.
Then open the play store on your PC and find Wallet.
It should show as installed: update available. You can either update here.
And for future updates, keep this qr code around. Scan it with Google Goggles, and open the link with the play store. This will bring you automatically to the Wallet Install page. (Won't work until you already have wallet on your device and have the play store acknowledging said link)

You can also find wallet (again, after the store knows it's there) via the Play Store on your phone under the My Apps > All page.

Play Store 4.4.21

The Google Play Store APK for version 4.4.21 has been leaked and can be installed on many Android models right now.

Whichever date Google ultimately selects to launch Android 4.4 will probably include the release of the Google Play Store update.
Besides the new navigation menu, the update also kills bugs and enhances the performance of the Google Play Store. The APK file should be compatible with your Android powered device running Android 2.2 or higher.

What is the correct version of Google Play Services for this device?

I manually installed an update to Google Play Services from apkmirror. It was a "nodpi" version and I'm not 100% certain that it's working properly. Can someone look at their Google Play Services and tell me the full version number that they're using, please? Settings --> Apps & notifications --> See all x apps --> Google Play Services --> Advanced, then scroll all the way to the bottom.
Should look something like mine, but likely a different version number:

}
Here you go: 14.3.67 (100400-216465562)
Thanks!
I also got the apkmirror download. Version 14.3.68. Direct after "Open by default", I have "Memory". The rest is the same. The .69 version is dated oct 10, The .68 version is dated oct 11. ???

Question [CLOSED] ROG Phone 6 CN Google Play services is not registered for FCM Push Notifications

Hey all,
im stuck with an rog phone 6 with CN firmware which im trying to convert to global ( but no luck as there is no info available on how to do it for ROG phone 6).
I have got google play store and services installed via the Highgoplay app from the asian store on the device, play store opens up fine and i can install apps and and use google services. However the device fails to register for push notifications, hence i cant get any firebase / fcm notifications from any apps which renders the phone completely usesless. Any ideas how to fix this?
