Did you check the MD5 and/or SHA-1 checksums for those files?

What do u mean exactly? I tried it with wugfresh root toolkit, the tool asked me for one checksum. And it was ok.
By flashing with .bat its not necessary or?

It isn't "necessary" in the sense that the batch file would stop, it's just that the file is corrupted if the checksums don't match. But if the toolkit did the checksum and it was ok at least the download wasn't corrupted. Which doesn't solve your flashing problem. Sorry, i'm out of ideas.

Thanks for you're help. Has nobody this Problem?

I just got the N7, so not sure how to, but I think you now need to perform a factory reset.

well u might want to start by downloading a Stock rom and then simply copy it over to your sd card and flash it via recovery.

The link posted above will get you back to the shipped rom. (You will lose root) I'm not sure if that's what you want

When i try flashing the rom, this is what happens.
Install from sdcard...
Finding update package...
Opening update package...
Verifying update package...
E:No signature (114 files)
E:Verification failed
Installation aborted.

I want to get an Evo for my wife now, but with the new OTA issues, I'm worried that we won't be able to get hers to tether, at least for a while. Or can you flash a new fully updated Evo with the older original ROM and go from there?

The stock ROM is an executable file. Just save it to the desktop (or wherever) on your computer and double click.

The flash would probably fail unless your /system is completely stock. You could use TB to back up, TOT to ZVE, then install the OTA to get to ZVG, but there's no guarantee of root on the other side so TB can restore all your stuff. Stump might work.

Download this.
1. Create a Folder (Call it whatever, but for example I will name it Android) on the root of your C:/ Drive (on your PC.)
2. Download Update.zip (mirror in the OP.)
3. Download the link above in this post, adb.exe.
4. Place both Adb.exe and Update.zip into C:/Android
5. Open CMD
6. Type 'cd C:\Android' (do not include the quotes.)
7. Plug phone into PC in Recovery Mode and plug it in via USB.
8. In Recovery, select Update from adb.
9. Now on the PC, type 'adb sideload Update.zip' in cmd.
10. Let the install happen. It took my phone around 20 minutes. It's a big update.

What you might want to try is in recovery mode do a factory reset the go to download and try to install the firmware again. One thing I do to soeed up the process is remove the .md5 part from all components leaving it as .tar only.
